“Vinay TM if you are the owner then the review is for you please read carefully. If you don't want guests calling you more than 2 or 3 times please mention it cz you have no right to talk aggressively like how many times we call. And do share the menu of the food to each guest as we did not get and the same was showed to your manager Shyam . Cz you had the audacity to tell us to leave the property when asked about for BBQ. Better manage one property with great service rather than one in Bangalore and another one in Shimoga. Basic amenities like Soap Shampoo were missing in the room when asked by the hotel staff (Bell Hop) they said he needs to confirm from the manager to give us this. I mean seriously RIP Service! And, the bathroom near the welcome area and swimming pool stinks, the wash basin near the dining area is not clean with no towel no tissue papers and when asked for the same they said they don't have tissue papers. So, please visit the property once Vinay to see for yourself if the service is worth the money charged. Please choose wisely guests don't fall for the property pictures on Google. “Worst experience.. there is no wifi connection to rooms and no network... The host and the telecaller person is demanding to stay for network at pool area... The charges was 6.5k for an hour after iam conveying that due to network issues i am not interested to stay the host was careless and least bothered about the facilities and denayed to refund the money aswell... lot of monkeys dangerous to take your kids...”

rav gowda★★★★★For the price we paid and very good reviews thought this will be a good place. Rooms were good, But the place had one person who is jack of all trades, he is tie reception, barbecue person, games person and cook. The food as it is not cooked but a cook, it is bad. You can survive. The upkeep of the place needs labors ( there is none ). And the approach for the rest place does not have boards and muddy broken narrow road thinking you might have the wrong place. The swimming pool was a joke. Anyway our experience was bad. As the issues are more long term, it needs a lot of fixing. Stayed on Dec 20th

Raghavendra Naik★★★★★Jenugundu Jungle Trail has a nice location 🌿, but the management seriously needs improvement ⚠️. Our stay was average, but everything else was below expectations. The food quality was extremely poor 🍽️ — lunch was limited, and the same leftovers were served for dinner 🥴. We barely got a few chapatis among four people — very disappointing 😞. Basic necessities like soap, toothpaste, and shampoo were missing in the bathrooms 🚿🧼, which made the stay uncomfortable. There's also no shower facility near the swimming pool 🏊♂️, which is quite inconvenient after a swim. The barbecue was another letdown 🍢❌. It was very limited, and the staff couldn’t manage properly when more guests arrived. Honestly, choosing the barbecue package was a waste 💸. If I had to rate the overall experience, I wouldn’t even give it 1 star ⭐❌.

Akshay Nadgir★★★★★This place deserves just 1 🌟. Location: Slightly off the main road with a terrible approach road. Hatchbacks will struggle, SUVs can manage like an off-road trail. Rooms: We tried both cottage & villa – villa is basically cottage with extra beds. Rooms look fine at first glance but are unclean. No toothbrush/paste, soaps & shampoo in refill bottles. Drinking water is in leaky cans (claimed RO, no proof, no bottled water allowed). Hot water is a nightmare – frequent power cuts, UPS backup can’t run geysers, so no proper bath. Bathrooms are dirty, taps unclean, doors don’t lock, buckets filthy. Beds & bedding dusty, causing allergies. Extra pillows had no covers. Balcony useless due to monkeys/mosquitoes. Walls paper-thin, zero privacy. No intercom, so you run around to find staff. Overall, room experience was 👎. Food: The biggest disappointment. Very limited variety, repetitive, bland, often delayed by an hour. Day 1 lunch: chapati, curry, bland masala bhat, jamun, rice, rasam, sambar, curd, pickle, fried beans (!). Snacks: chilli bajji + tea/coffee (okay). Barbeque: onion, capsicum, paneer, pineapple, corn – too spicy to eat. Dinner: small phulkas, curry, rice, rasam, paya

No AC rooms available in this property. Basic requirementa like tooth brush & paste , hospitality tray (tea / coffee bags with milk powder) with kettles , waste basket are not provided (Rating 1 out of 5) Room Service - No provision they have provided in room to call for help , niether landline extension nor service call button. (Rating 1 out of 5) Ameneties - No much activities avaiilable for kids except few indoor games and swimming pool (Rating 1 Out of 5) Food : Taste is less than average , no additional items available other than buffet items. If you ask for the same buffet items to serve in room, they charge 5 star hotel charges. Also minimum wait time would be 20-30mins if you want to take any item second time as they refill the items very slow. From the moment I arrived, I was disappointed by the lack of attention from the staff, who seemed uninterested in providing any form of service or hospitality. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. The resort's amenities were poorly maintained, with the swimming pool being dirty and uninviting, which was a big letdown as I was looking forward to relaxing by the pool. The buffet system for meals was incredibly slow, and I had to wait a long time for food to be served, which is especially frustrating when you're on a tight schedule. Additionally, basic necessities like drinking water were not provided in the rooms, something that should be standard in any resort. To add to the frustration, the TV in my room wasn’t working, and there were constant electricity problems throughout my stay, particularly at night, which made it impossible to relax. During my stay, there was also no water available in the bathroom during bath time, which is an essential service that should never be compromised. Brahman Aatman★★★★★ORIGINAL REVIEW: Beautiful Property, but Unsanitary Restrooms and Unprofessional Manager! We booked 3 tents for 10 childhood friends during the last week of December 2024. The location is stunning, and the food served was delicious. The ground staff were very friendly as well. However, there were several issues. Although we were promised that the tents would be placed together, only 2 were near each other, and the 3rd tent was a bit farther away from the group. When we checked the restrooms, they were not clean and had a noticeable unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, there was no toilet paper. When I brought this to the attention of the manager (the older gentleman with balding hair, Mr. Shyam or Lokesh—I'm not sure which), his response was a curt, "We don’t provide toilet paper for the tents." On one of the nights, we went sightseeing and arranged with the manager to have 10 dinner plates saved for our group. Unfortunately, when we returned, the food was not saved as promised, and we were instead directed to eat leftover rice, sambar, and yogurt. After we raised our concerns, the cook kindly made fresh food for us, which was much appreciated. Overall, the property is beaut

Infact this is my second time to this resort But unfortunately I am giving a single star rating as all the money in my wallet was stolen..... I have booked two tent rooms for my family. It was a nice experience in the tent house but no safety.....I was not aware that the net door can be locked as it was like a net with a zip.... On the check in day I have kept my wallet in my bag and i was shocked when I opened the wallet on check out day to give some tipps as the entire cash of around 4000 was stolen . When my small cousin opened his wallet his one was also empty. All cards were there in the wallet and they did not take that. There is no cctv and so nothing could be done. Further it was my mistake too as I did not lock the net door as I did not expect that such a thing would happen. Any how the resort management informed me that they would soon install cctv.. Other than this bad experience the resort was a nice place to enjoy with family and friends ..... The swimming pool is a special attraction.

The property manager said AC wasn't necessary, but seriously, no one could sleep without AC or at least a cooler there; it was a complete lie. The fan in the hall did next to nothing for the heat. We barely got any sleep that night because it was so hot. We couldn't even open the windows because of all the bugs and mosquitoes. For what we paid for one night, the awful food and terrible place was a nightmare for me and my friends. The pool water reeked of bleach, and our eyes were stinging. It really wasn't worth the money we spent on this place. Seriously... Worst food and a total rip-off.
