Bad experience. Locality is not clean.Owner gives more important to money. Asks rent before month starts. If you had any problem(if it's about drinking water also) then he will not come immideatly.his house is just 1km away from pg. Really bad experience.if you want pg then go to Samvriddi bhavan in kumbalagodu it's about 4-5k there including food. Or go to Sri Lakshmi narasimha pg inside serenade layout (surrounding is good) it's about 5-6k including food. You can also go to rudra pg.
