There was no food service, proper maintenance, or basic amenities, making the stay highly uncomfortable. Although the location has potential, the overall experience fell far below expectations. I strongly recommend avoiding this place—it’s more likely to cause stress than offer relaxation.

The washrooms were in a dreadful condition—non-functional with water and flushing issues. There was no food or maintenance, and basic amenities were missing. The commode didn't even have a seat. The location in itself is good, but the overall experience was far from acceptable. This place needs serious improvements or should be shut down. Do not even consider this place for your time off. It's more stressful than your regular jobs .

On November 27, 2024, we reserved two AC rooms and one non-AC room at Pintos Farm Stay Resort, Kinnigoli (Mangalore) for December 25, 2024, and paid an advance to confirm the booking. Mrs. Cynthia, the owner, confirmed the reservation via WhatsApp for our three families (eight people and a pet). However, despite not writing a review about our terrible experience, a call from Mrs. Cynthia today questioning my daughter about a false review which she assumed was posted by her, led me to finally share our awful experience. On December 25, 2024, while en route to the resort, we called Mrs. Cynthia to inform her of our estimated arrival time. To our shock, she informed us that there was no booking under our name. Despite insisting that we had a confirmed reservation, she claimed there was no such booking but assured us she would find a solution. We were left confused and unsure of what to do with three families and a pet at the last minute. After some time, she said they would provide container room accommodations. Pinto Farmstay is the epitome of false advertising and poor hospitality. The rooms shown online are not available, leaving guests to stay in filthy, pest-ridden accommodations. Cockroaches and lizards are everywhere, and hygiene standards are non-existent. The so-called "cottages" that require an extra charge are little more than dirty tin sheds. Staff behavior is shockingly rude and dismissive, with no effort made to resolve complaints. Every day, new guests face the same issues, resulting in constant arguments. We were group of 5 and stayed for 2 nights (23-25 Dec) and booked containers. It was an unpleasant experience. Negative things- 1. Containers were very small with stinky bathrooms. Bathrooms became swimming pool when you take shower because no proper outflows. 2. In the advertisement they say kitchen is available in the room but there is only a slab and no utensils. 3. the owner lady is only interested in money. 4. No proper barbecue set up as advertised. 5. There was a mehandi party and owner informed us that loud music will be till 11 PM however they were playing loud music after midnight and disturbing us. Positive - 1. Swimming pool is good. 2. Simon and Deva both caretakers are helpful. Overall unpleasant experience and would not recommend it.

The advertised rooms simply don’t exist, and guests are left with substandard alternatives. The place is crawling with cockroaches and lizards, and basic cleanliness seems to be completely overlooked. Staff are not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude when concerns are raised. To make matters worse, the so-called "cottages" are nothing more than filthy tin containers, utterly unfit for accommodation. This stay was deeply disappointing, and I strongly urge others to avoid this place at all costs.

It's not at all good.....first time we are going to give bad reviews....the food was very less quantity and countable for eg...1 dosa 1 chicken fry....non veg people can't take veg....even the uppkari.....the lady was very stingy......only tea no coffee....no welcome drink.....dal, chicken fry , plain rice ...chikgravy with only one piece gravy chicken....my advice is suggest some other resort.....overall very very bad experience

We visited this place on 21st Dec and checked out on 22nd Dec. The farm is really good. The owner of the farm Cintia is only interested in the money. She was constantly asking for the money as soon as she got the money she was not seen around. Again when we went for dinner she called and asked that we need to pay the tax of 380 rupees. We paid that immediately. She never asked about the the stay there or anything . We booked 2 rooms they initially provided 1 water bottle after asking they provided the 2nd complementary bottle that too after calling they provided. There was too much mosquitoes in the room. No mosquito net and no oil in good night machine. They charged 2000 for ac room but no basic amenities in this covid time like soap. The lock of window was not even working . I would never recommend this stay because of the unprofessional behaviour of the owner of the stay . I have to edit this review again as i cannot reply to the owners comments. I agree with the owner that the booking was not in my name but it was in my frnds name Aswathi Pillai for 21st Dec 2021.
