Why the score — what people flag
“I wanted a clean place to stay hence I preferred ZOLO, I want to bring into picture the reality of Zolo Hostels. I was staying in ZOLO ASHA in BTM layout. I stayed there for a period of 3 months and was in a complete shock after my exit for obvious reasons. Let me all take you through this journey. Also, before i begin let me clarify that this is not a paid promotion by any competitor neither this is to defame Zolo hostels, this is what exactly I went through and don't want anyone to suffer because we all come here leaving our families and home just for some increment and that will be looted by such people. Initially when I was trying to book a site visit it asked me to pay 1000 rs for booking site visit which was non refundable. So I directly went to their site and to my shock there also they have asked to pay the amount to the caretaker before showing the room. I asked them if I take the room will it be adjusted in the rent but to my surprise they said no. So now writing this review I am thinking there are 100 of zolo properties and if every property there are at least 100-200 visitors paying 1000 for checking the property how much is zolo making out of it. “Terrible experience staying there, fortunately i booked only for 4 days stay. There is no geyser they will say solar heater is available but interesting thing is you won't even get proper water facility..poor interms of cleanliness..washroom is like a public toilet...I don't think they are cleaning beds and blankets and you will get bitten by bed bugs....don't expect getting the amenities as mentioned in the website (no tv, no wifi, no heater)...so called caretaker is drunkard he won't respond to your calls in the morning...for taking a bath in the morning you have to go to multiple rooms and check where you will get water...so my recommendation is vist & check everything in person and then decide whether to stay there or not...otherwise you are getting looted for sure Reason I am giving 1 star is only because of 0 is not an option here..”

Lens & Latitude★★★★★NOTE: Don’t go with star rating because they go, knock tenants door and ask for review. Very poor services. Water is a big problem, every day one of us has to call house keeping to turn on the motor and imagine the situation you are in middle of bath and water goes out. You get late for office. Internet is a big problem too. In a world where you get unlimited internet they put limit on your internet usage. And on top of that you cannot connect more than two devices.
