I stayed here for 2 months from 5th August 2023 to 5th October 2023. This is only an average PG(or below average) They don't provide food. Hot water is not available all time(7.30am-9am only) Washing Machine cost extra 150. They clean the rooms twice a week and that is a positive thing. I stayed in a roof top room for 3weeks, it was leaking in rain.. and wifi was not available. I complained both and the owner asked me to shift to Room 205. There also wifi was so weak... Later I shifted to room 108, which is almost a cave. No light or wind from outside. We cannot know is it day or night outside. I was fed up with this and left the PG.. I don't recommend this if you are new to bangalore. At the same rent you will get some PG with food, washing machine and wifi.

The owner never pays the advance and scams you saying a notice had to be issued a month earlier and makes you pay the rent promising that she would give the advance at the end of the month but the same would repeat once you to for the advance

Worst. I went there with long term plan and paid money After seeing the room.... Bangalore road side footpath is better than that PG beds. Reasons:- High amount, no water , worst beds , beds bugs,no peaceful sleep. About owner I will not tell if you go there you will only get experience 5.5k without food three sharing and no hot water

Not the worth of what you pay. Moreover, food is not included in PG cost as it's with other PGs. You have to pay extra for it. Very very stinky inside. Wi-fi never comes to any room & never works even if u get signal. Drinking Water quality what they provide is very poor. Old TVs & not working remotes. Cable connection recharge is purely dependent on mercy of landlords.

Owner is very greedy. Owner is a women i respect her but she always try to make us fool. She always try to make money from tenants in different different ways. She hasn’t manners behave with tenants in her PG. don’t go to stay in GS men’s residency. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 No proper water supply. No wifi, no washing machine. She charges extra 130 rs for washing machine. Everyone is going from her pg bcz of her behaviour 🤨🤨🤨🤨 She took 5000 rs extra from my friend. But she hasn’t returned to my frnd. Fully greedy lady. 😡😡😡😡😡😡 She wants money only 💰💰💰💰💰 Plzzz don’t go to stay here am requesting everyone. You will loose your money

The lady is a fraud. She takes signatures on blank paper and then writes up any dates on her own and charges extra money even if you aren't planning on staying those extra days. Better find a different PG. Bad experience. Did the same with a friend of mine. Better take photographs of papers you sign on as proof. Take care people ....find other better PGs and stay away from this crappy money grabbing owner.

The worst pg of my life... No proper water facilites. If i ask for hot water she says that the solar heater should be recharged before giving hot water 🤦 No parking space. If you have your vehicle robbed then it's your mistake of getting it here not the owners.

Pg owner is a strict lady , who doesn't care about the facilities that she provides but always argue for your mischiefs in her pg .no wifi or if present very slow I meant very very slow 🦥. Only some rooms has 24 ×7 hot water . Cleanliness is good .food is a big no because no food is provided in here . This pg is only for a stay.
