Total waste of money , overpriced rent and small shitty conjested room, for such a small shitty room without food they charged 9000 per month that too without food and the deposit of 9000 more , I wasted 18000 and stayed in a slum like room ,the fan was not working properly and I raised a complaint on the app and nobody cared to fix it even after a week , I ran away from this shitty zolo lance PG and leaving behind my one month rent and one month deposit and moved to another PG, I lost around 18K due to that , I am warning you, don't ever stay here , Slums are much better than the congested and overpriced rooms in this PG.

I am very new to Bangalore. So i searched a lot and finally choose zolo lance unisex pg. They showed video. At that time it was nice. But when i entered in March 31st, 2025. It was totally different. Unhygienic and stinky bucket, mug, stained walls...I was shocked. The next day I saw a bunch of bed bugs came from my bed. That minute I planned to moveout from here. Raised a complaint, sent a mail. But as usual they sent a automatic customer care reply and few days without enquiring from my side whether may be a call or mail they closed that ticked. In my life first time I saw a bedbugs in pg. I scared. I informed staffs and the next day they did a pest control. That's it. I asked them to refund my amount for this unhygienic place. But they didn't. Another incident... When I was in deep sleep, I felt some insects moving on my hand, I saw it was bedbugs. They moving on my hand, they bite me. When i suddenly woke at 11.03pm, 09/04/25 I saw a handful of bedbugs in my bedsheet. I scared to the core, I felt vomiting... That late night I informed the staffs to change my bedsheet and pillow cover. Again i raised a complaint ticket, sent a mail no response. Guys don't plz come to this pg. Es

Just came out of zolo lance hsr 2 weeks back. Worst PG. 1 Property Manager not at all reachable, most of times mobile switched off 2. Every week 10 11 pm they knock the door ask for rating in zolo app and take screenshots to make sure they get 4 5 star which we feel to give since they take screen shots 3 Frequent power shutdowns or internet failures In past 3 months and got multiple escalations from my client 4 common area very dirty and stinks , also in lift. PG is not at all good. Pros Deposit got refunded on time Rooms are ok

Worst experience ever had in my life. I pre-book room 3 weeks ago and have given the advance payment. On that day they assured that the room will be given no matter what. And when I reach out to them on the day of joining they are saying no rooms are available and when I reach out to their help center they were also not ready to help me out. At the last moment I have search for new pg in that area. Not at all helpful and worst service ever seen in my life.

I scheduled a Room visit in Zolo lance. They called me back for confirmation. They told me that i can visit the room at any time (from early morning to late night) I travelled 250km from my native to visit the Room once. I got up by train in night from my native without proper sleep, and reached Bangalore --> Zolo Lance at 8:30 am. After I reached out for informing him that I arrived at the venue. He didn't respond to my calls for 30 mins, after that he picked up my call and yelled at me because he was sleeping I were disturbing him, he told me to wait for 1 hour, so I kept my patience and waited for 2 hours still he didn't come to meet me..after 10 mins They told every Room was booked, there are no rooms. All my expenses for visiting the room comes to no value. IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGER PUSHPAK.

I stayed there for only a month, and it turned out to be a complete scam. They deduct huge amounts from your deposit if you stayed mid-months, and they even charge double for electricity. The management is absolutely terrible. I strongly advise against booking here. If you're willing to spend that much money, you'd be better off staying at a proper hotel. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and the rooms are definitely not worth the cost.

If you're thinking to take a room in this, please don't. The place is congested. Sometimes you won't be getting water when it's the time of office hours. current will cut off randomly. The first time when you go there won't be any proper guy who runs who will talk you about the deposit and how much reduction they'll do. And they'll take a large amount from the deposit for various reasons, and guess what you can't complain anything because you signed some LLA form or something. For the money and quality they provide it's a big no. After spending 4 months here (I signed for 4 months contract), it was my worst experience ever.

The property is filthy, not as they show in the pictures. The property manager pushkar won't pick up the call and is rude, the staff has no idea what's going on. There are cockroaches in the room, the commode is broken, the shower is broken, and for non-smokers it's hell. They claim a non-smoking area, but the building is filled with smoke. They don't even clean the property well.

They have no reason to justify their rent structure. There's water issues every 15 days, they just broom your room for 10 seconds in the name of cleaning. Washroom never feels clean even just after the room service. Washing machines are in pathetic condition, looks like they bought 4th hand machines that are out of work 50% of the time and those that work take 3 hours to wash a small batch of clothes. Half of the positive reviews you tead here are either from employees .

The place is good but the terms and conditions are terrible. I'm currently living there and previously had opted for food subscription. But the food was terrible not even good for your health. After this terrible incident, I've cancelled the subscription on 1st before 9 am and they still add the amount for the entire month in my monthly bill which is unbelievable since I've already cancelled my subscription. This is what the company is trying to trap you forcefully with this weird rule. Even other services like TV, room cleaning are not upto the mark. In just 2 weeks Zolo made my daily life miserable.

Horrible PG feels like Jail with so many rooms inside and little space to walk. Rooms are match box sized with so high rent that could afford a flat outside, something or the other fails to work like washing machine only one is operative out of three, sometime hot water does not come, microwave stops working. Hidden costs in every bill you pay while coming to pg not transparent at all in pricing, Unnecessary electricity charges like 1800 for single room, Scam in the name of the brand.
