The cleaning service was a complete letdown. They barely did more than a quick surface wipe, leaving behind spots and dust everywhere. It felt like they rushed through the job without any attention to detail. Definitely not worth the money; I'll be looking elsewhere ... And look at the dinning area were the food has been served.and front view of PG those photos are sufficient to came out the truth...

Third class PG , bad quality of food, also they doing policeing while taking food And the manager is very rude and like local Gunda every month the increase the rent and if you talk to them about this they give threat that they are local they can do anything and also they never return security deposit This owner had 5 pg in that area kings and Queens,Ak classic,AA coliving Please stay form these pg

Took a double room for myself. Room is spacious and ventilated but that's where the the good part ends. The cleaning service was terrible, bathroom smelled. The worst part was the bed bugs. Mattress and the cot were full of bed bugs. Good luck having a good night of sleep. When I complained about this, they switched the mattress with another room but the problem persisted. They put a pest spray all over the cot but that was useless as well. Moved out immediately.

I’ve lived here for about a year and truly appreciate the location and the friendly community. While I read some concerns about deposit refunds, my roommates received theirs back without any issues. After staying in several other PGs, this place finally ended my long search for a quality home (Food is the one major reason for this). I’ve also noticed that the cleanliness of the premises has consistently improved over time. Our caretaker, Sharif, is polite, approachable, and ensures all complaints are addressed promptly. It’s also great to see the management constantly making improvements to the facilities.

The food here is good. This PG (Cluster) is one of the nearest options to Bagmane Tech Park and is managed by the same owner as AK Classic. Front-facing rooms are definitely worth taking if available, as they have great ventilation and airflow. A recommended choice if you’re looking for a place within walking distance to the office.

I've been living here since January 2023. It's been about 10 days now, and I'm loving it here. The food is amazing. There is a smart TV here. Rooms are cleaned as often as you and the cleaning people can coordinate. The main highlight for me is that it is very near to my office and the food is 10/10.
