Guys I am not from Karnataka so when I booked pg I saw revies and all most of them are fake, don't beleive.and so I booked a room there for 9.5k a month , the room was soo different when I came .And the owner was only nice till I pay the advance but after that she showed her another side.The advance is 5k I payed it and I said I will be reaching there by 31 of May , and I did the condition of room was soo bad,the bed is full of stain the pillow was very dirty ,the room has no sign of being cleaned daily as said by them. So I was not happy with the experience and I went with my aunt and the owner started shouting like you have already confirmed why are coming and seeing here, as if I have no right to do so. I am a student who is in bengluru for internship just for 2 months.She started like I am crazy, mad and have no knowledge of English, when my uncle asked for the advance back she even commented on my uncle who is working in a big company at a big jod, she has no right to do so. I have all screenshots with me.she can't do this to a intern student.who doesn't know kannada.Also the room she showed had a table and a chair full furnished when I went it has some old shelf slanting sho

Called the owner to know the details, she was so rude to explain because, I was not ready to disclose my budget. She is money minded lady. If you say 25k budget she will talk to you, otherwise she was so rude, and show you belittle. She doesn't explain the availability of room. She is interested in money and to know your budget (which is okay) but if you tell it is 5k budget, she will be very rude as hell. However people have money if you talk politely, they will reveals their budget. You are not the only Pg vali here my dear. There is pg in every next lane. Stop sending me spam disgusting Threat messages. Remember there is a consumer protection Act also my dear.

My sister stayed in this hostel for a month. The room had the basic facilities like a bed, cupboard, and kitchen, which made her stay manageable. The environment was fairly comfortable and safe. Cleanliness and maintenance were generally fine.

It's a peaceful place. The food is good and all facilities are available. Any problem resolution takes some time but, the owner makes sure it is resolved. The Pg is also located in a premium area, very near to the bus stand and New BEL market.
