The owner is extremely temperamental and gets angry very quickly. This isn’t a proper PG—it’s more like a flat where each apartment is divided into shared spaces, with 2–3 beds depending on the occupancy. He even locks the door from the outside after 11 PM, so there’s no entry or exit after that time. He also strongly prefers Telugu and is rude or abusive toward people who speak other languages. Overall, his behavior is unreasonable, and the rent is far too high for what’s being offered.

I had a very good experience staying in this ladies PG. The safety and security are really good, which made me feel comfortable and secure all the time. The rooms are neat, clean, and well maintained. The management is friendly and responds quickly to any issues. The food and facilities are also good compared to other PGs. It is a peaceful and safe place for girls to stay, especially for students and working women.
