BNR PG for Ladies

This PG is not recommended at all. The management starts asking for rent 5 days before the due date every month, which is very annoying and unprofessional. There are serious Wi-Fi issues — most of the time it does not work, and even after repeated complaints, no proper solution is provided. They have many unnecessary and illogical rules that make living here uncomfortable. They charge ₹4000 in the name of cleanliness/maintenance, but proper cleaning is not done at all. Rooms and common areas remain dirty, and maintenance is extremely poor. Overall, it has been a very bad experience. Facilities do not justify the amount charged. I would not recommend this PG to anyone.

Warning: Unsafe, Poorly Managed PG with No Proper Wi-Fi I strongly advise girls not to stay at this PG. During my time here, I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. The staff, including the cook and cleaning person, behaved inappropriately and made me feel unwelcome. Male visitors along with ladies often came to see rooms, even when beds were unoccupied, which was disturbing. Most concerning was an incident where a girl was harassed inside the PG, and none of the staff, including the manager, stepped in to help. There is no sense of security, and the staff does not ensure residents’ safety. On top of that, the Wi-Fi never works properly, even for critical needs. You cannot call your family, work, or attend online tasks reliably. While they charge money for accommodation, the safety, security, and basic facilities are completely neglected. I strongly advise anyone, especially girls, to avoid this place.

I had a very concerning experience staying here. There was an incident where an unauthorized man entered the premises and assaulted a girl. What was more disappointing was that the management did not provide proper support or take the situation seriously instead asked the girl to leave. And also there is always Wi-Fi issues here. As a resident, I felt unsafe and anxious after this. Safety and security should be the top priority in any PG, but I did not feel protected here. I would strongly advise others, especially women, to carefully consider safety before choosing this place.

The care taker is very unprofessional, does not listen to the problems faced by the tenants. You are going to face problems related to wifi, laundry washing machine always full, no kettle, no iron inside the room since they dont have the capacity to provide sufficient power to these aplliances, if you do so your rooms electric fuse will be blown. Also they close the gate by 12pm, so if you are late by any chance you have to wait till morning to get inside the pg and the caretaker does not pick up the call or pretends like sleeping asking to inform him beforehand if anything such happens. The worst part if any friend of yours is visiting to see you, you cannot take them to your room, also the food you get in the mess cannot be taken to the room. The caretaker starts to shout and harrass people when someone does this.

I have recently moved into this PG,it is so good well maintained and secure place for girls who are staying away from their homes.The rooms are clean,spacious,and comfortable.Pg owners are friendly nature.Compared to other PGs in the area, this one offers the best facilities at a reasonable price. Totally worth it for students and professionals looking for comfort. Highly recommended!
