“Very bad experience. Rooms are crowded with cockroaches, bathroom looks clean but smells and leaks, and fridge doesn’t work. Food reduced to only rice items after gas issue. Caretaker and owner are rude, rent increases every 3 months, and advance was deducted unfairly. Not recommended.”
