Worst management, long days without cleaning, no proper caretaking, Caretaker named Mohan and Amar Singh Dhami both do politics here, they favour people who give them good rating at the expense of your security, they onboard those people which drink and partying making loud music and noise and in turn they both ask them good rating to support these types of people.

Worst management by Mohan and Rohan both of them are caretaker, infected drinking water, during rainy days no cleaning for many days, mostly the balcony never get cleaned, it is full of mud here and there, the y both focussed on getting good rating from customers and only clean their room at the expense of rating.

Everything looks good in the beginning But after a month, u will notice unwanted charges on your rent. Terrace looks good, but the charges for it, you receive in the next month will be worse, where you have to pay for most of the charges that you haven't been used. No food, They keep digging money for useless reason. You can afford 1 bhk or 1 rk for the same pricing or you would check near by good affordable PG with good amenities. Think for an alternative.

Hi , I stayed in Zolo mac for a month, and it seems like they just advertise less and take more hidden charges …. It is like they say it’s in policy but the rate when we finally get it looks unreasonable and again we don’t have any options, so need to pay .when I checked the price for single room , it was advertised something little less than 14k. When I went and checked rooms it’s very much average for the price. I directly went to place and checked room which is vacant and booked , but they take token amount. In policy it’s token amount is to block the room for you when enquire thru app or call . Again no option have to pay .The bathroom bucket was in brown shades and it’s really muddy, it was changed only after two days and tv is not connecting with Internet , so they ask me to raise ticket . In first two hours of check in room raised the ticket for service , it took 4 to 5 days to resolve it .Again after 3 days same issue , raised ticket again and got it solved . Other than this availablity of water, cleaning room was better . For processing the agreement they ask to pay additional 750 , which again seems more and for stay of 1 month , the electricity and water usage util

The common area will be pretty good but that comes with your money which you will be giving for the electricity bill irrespective whether you use are not and for those fancy lighting, exit gst is 2300 along with 18% gst but one should give 2600 if asked on the calculation there won't be any response and again you should pay 2300 while vacating, that will also come under cost for no reason. No proper management, no proper sanitizing

Beware of these money looters! Read the below breakage of rent. All of these are without food. For food it’ll be additional of 5000per month including gst. Rent for 2 sharing- 8500 (2sharing) Gst on rent- 1500 Electricity- 900 per person irrespective of what you use. (They’ll mention the units used but there’ll also be common area electricity charges). Gst on Electricity- 100 Water- 250🤦🏻‍♂️ So your total rent for a month will cross 11,000. At first they might say it’s 8500 but the additional costs are a nightmare. Deposit- 9000 Token amount- 1000 Notice period- 1 month compulsory Charges when you leave Zolo Mac is mentioned below: Exit charges: 2300 Electricity: 400 Rent for 6 days on the next month: 2028 Notice charge: 1500 Water charge for the next month(I have vacated in the 6th of the month but water charge has been added fully): 250 So the deposit which they have returned is not more than 3000. Also your token amount wont be returned back. So you nearly lose 7000 when you vacate the PG. Now you can decide if these are ok for you. Look for better pg’s nearby like Prazo.

I just moved to Bangalore and a few of my friends were staying in other Zolo properties so I thought I’ll give it a try for a month. I didn’t know I was up for such a fraud. While enquiring I was told the room rent is 12,350 for a single no sharing room, after some sort of discount. Here’s a list of all the other hidden charges. 1. Booking amount - 472 2. 3,666 - agreement + exit notice initiation + water bill + gst 3. 749 - electricity ( they add the units for common areas too irrespective of your personal usage ) 4. 3,308 - again for exit So in total I was charged 20,275 for what was advertised as way cheaper. On my very second night, there was a fire right outside my room as someone tossed a lit cigarette or match in the trash. I woke up in the middle of the night when my room was filled with smoke and I couldn’t breathe and there were no fire extinguishers in the entire building however, after raising a ticket, they installed it in 2 days. (There are “no smoking and drinking” signs everywhere but people are always smoking) The common area fridge is full of alcohol & dirty. The bucket and mug provided were very disgusting, while seeing the room, there were cigarette butts in t
