“Hi guys, My stay at Jasper PG was honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had when compared to my last 3 PGs. The basic facilities that any PG should provide were completely missing. Firstly, there was no hot water available for 24 hours, which is completely unacceptable. Especially during colder days, hot water is not a luxury — it is a basic necessity. Initially the owner said there will be 24*7 hot water but it's completely lie. Despite informing the management, no proper solution was provided on time. Secondly, there is no room and washroom clearing facility, owner (Ismail Jasper) will charge you 750 Rs for 1 time room cleaning. Common areas were unhygienic, and there was a lack of basic maintenance. Dust accumulation, unclean washrooms, and careless housekeeping made the stay very uncomfortable. The food quality was also disappointing. Meals were not prepared properly, lacked hygiene, and there was no consistency in taste or quality. There are so many cockroaches in the kitchen which led to food poisoning. Overall, the management seemed unresponsive and unconcerned about residents’ comfort. And the owner only needs money, he will not recieve your calls on”
