“If you guys don't know how to prepare food please stop running the business rather than fooling people. Months back I have ordered 2 varieties of chicken and Biriyani, the food was pathetic and I complaint in Swiggy and got some refund amount. During this lockdown, Since I am unable to get meat in the market, so orders beef from this hotel again because there was no other option. Again the story is same, beef was not cooked properly and all the meat seems decayed. I would like tell one point to Calicut Restaurant Owner : Pani ariyillel verae valla panikkum podo...”

“Very bad hospitality. I came back in the night with some girls after party, I wasn't informed of these rules by anyone before booking the place and the night manager denied access to my room n didn't allow the guests use the washroom also. He was very rude n I had to sit outside n book a place. If you don't want to be stranded then kindly don't book a room in place.”

“The worst room for such a price. The AC didn’t work the whole time I stayed. The wifi signal in the room was very weak, it couldn’t even load my WhatsApp messages, forget using it for work, even after complaint no solution was provided. The headboard was dirty including the bed spread. Only good thing was the location and nothing else. I don’t recommend this hotel.”

We had booked signature room which is the top most room of this hotel, Let me tell you the bathroom stinked like anything the room and bathroom had foul smell and they didn't even change the room nor helped us. We couldn't sleep the whole night... Hygiene is zero here don't go with kids... Worst experience of my life. Please don't waste ur money in this

Because if you are ordering something which sells rarely, you have more chance of getting an old food. I have tried paal kappa ( kerala food) in which they provided me with an old stock which was having a bad smell. Shop was not reachable on call, later some how got the number from JustDial and contacted them. Delivery was promised by max 12.30. When called they just cut off the call. Stay away from these guys if its for delivery on special occasion.

Speaks for hours about the rules just to get more money than expected. Location's not good either. No parking. Unfortunately unable to find a better place. Worst place ever. Could get better ones for the same price if you plan ahead.

Very late check in and early morning check out. However a stay yesterday wasn’t a good experience at all. No service. A person at reception was only managing room service, housekeeping etc. the electric kettle kit wasn’t attended after the previous check out. No cups, no kettle. Sugar satches torn off. Bad and unwashed bed linen. Bad lamp fixtures. Pathetic breakfast. Not worth the price at all
