Worst PG Ever – Don’t join this Place I stayed here for about a year, and it was a horrible and mentally exhausting experience. The food is disgusting and unhygienic. There is no proper menu – mostly watery dal, rice, karela, or chana sabzi. 1 same sabzi in every 2 days. Dal is so watery it’s not edible, and there is no food on festivals. Even after paying around ₹10,000 per month. I always eat outside most of the time and fell sick multiple times by eating PG food They use dirty tank water to cook food, which is completely unsafe and unhealthy. They never clean those tank, they use cleaning chemicals inside tanks to clean it which raised hygiene concern for me. The drinking water filter rarely works, and you often have to go to another floor for water. Every cook leaves within 1–2 months because they are not paid properly and are forced to cook unhygienic food. Owners blame cooks for complaints just to protect themselves. Rooms are full of cockroaches and insects, and cleaning is very poor even after repeated reminders. The owners are always fighting and shouting, creating constant stress and no mental peace. This is a video of this PG's kitchen..healthy food is out of question here...No hygeine at all and food is in totally random order not as per menu and you have to beg them to give specials (sweets and nonveg) mentioned in the menu that too if they feel like giving, you get..if gets a chance to cut cost they will definitely take by skipping non vegs saying blah blah. Food is the only problem I have faced there. Room and toilet they will clean if asked. No trouble I had with power and water during my stay there. If they keep PG kitchen hygiene and serve good food as they promise. This PG would be a decent place for stay. Keep area around kitchen in proper manner. Thankyou

I had a highly disappointing experience at UGR HI TECH PG FOR GENTS. Here are the major issues I faced during my stay: Poor Food Quality: The food served is of extremely low quality. Many items, including the tomato sauce, are expired, which is a serious health hazard. Insufficient Food: The quantity of food provided is never enough. There is always a long queue for chapathi, and often, many residents are left without food. Cost-Cutting Measures: It is evident that the PG owner is trying to save money at the expense of the residents’ well-being. The ingredients used are substandard, and the portions are meager. Unhygienic Conditions: The kitchen and dining area are not maintained properly. Cleanliness is a major issue, and it is common to find insects in the food. Threatening Behavior: The husband threatens residents to remove any negative feedback and only keeps positive reviews. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. Absolutely the worst PG I have ever seen in my life! The rooms are filthy, suffocating, and smell like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Food is not just bad – it’s stale, unhygienic, and sometimes feels unsafe to eat. Water shortages happen almost daily, and electricity cuts are frequent. Bathrooms are disgusting, broken, and a breeding ground for insects. The owner is arrogant, money-minded, and treats tenants with zero respect. Any complaint is ignored or met with rude, insulting behavior. Privacy doesn’t exist here – the owner randomly enters rooms without permission. There is absolutely no security; anyone can walk in at any time. They charge a ridiculous rent for conditions worse than a hostel’s worst room. Living here is pure stress – mentally exhausting and physically uncomfortable. If you value your health, safety, and peace of mind, stay far away from this scam of a PG!

I would strongly advise against staying at UGR Hitech PG. The owner seems to be focused on cheating new customers. When I first signed up, I was promised high-quality food and good service, but both were disappointing. The food served is consistently insufficient and of very poor quality. They prepare far less than what is expected or needed, leaving you hungry and unsatisfied. It’s clear that they are cutting corners to save costs, and it's affecting the overall experience. The owner is also untrustworthy and misleading. Promises made at the time of booking are quickly forgotten, and any concerns raised are brushed off with no resolution. I feel completely taken advantage of, and I would highly recommend finding a better PG where you won’t have to deal with such unprofessionalism. Please think twice before choosing UGR Hitech PG. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment.

Overall, I do not recommend this PG to anyone looking for a decent and comfortable stay.
