Wrost Rooms I saw in my Life . The Owner is Arrogent , Paid 1500 for ac Room . We came Around 11 night back from one visit . We Turned on ac but still it was not cooling . Waited for 1 hr But there is no Cooling . And the Blanket provided I guess not washed from years . The Ac was dirty and the unit of ac was placed wer there is no Wind Circulation .it is in one coner . When at 3 it was terabble hot . So called Asking for Any other Rooms . He picked and said not Available. When I went morning to complaint he was Rude Saying you could sleep without ac right . Why you call at Night . Worst stay Ever. Avoind this Hotel . Ruined our Trip by hotel and the Foolish men

I had a terrible experience at Rainbow Comforts. The owner's son was rude, arrogant, and completely disrespectful. His behavior was unacceptable and made it clear that customer service is not a priority here. I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with basic courtesy.

The room is clean but there are still cockroaches and it's good to stay alone But the main problem is if you just talk about something inside the room keeping the door closed, people walking on the stairs can listen to it though the stairs are 3 rooms away from us. Even if you whisper inside the room, people outside the room can hear it even though the doors are shut. This includes the sounds from the bathroom, which feels really uncomfortable.

In this review I gave one star but to the most it doesn't even deserve 0.25 . It is by far the worst and utterly most disgusting thing I ever even seen or went to. The owner is literally just so horrible and rude aswell as arrogant . I would never want to go to or even near this. The whole place itself is trash. The name is rainbow comforts but it's not suitable for the way how it is , there is no comfort and seriously so much attitude . One of my friends and I went together. We did not like it and she put a review and he wantedly wrote a horrible review back even thought whatever we said was true . So since he was treating us arrogantly even I will say that this (rainbow hell) lodge is the worst . And yes I misspelt it wantedly as it doesn't even deserve my time to get a spelling correction. By concluding it's the worst . Even if someone pays u money to go here, never come here.

One of the worst service i ever had, i had booked the Rainbow comforts from MAKE MY TRIP, and comfort owner called me and asked to cancel the booking as the comfort is full, and said make my trip customer care asked him to call the customer to cancel the booking, and After few Hours we called from another mobile number and asked for same room and he said it is available for 2500 Rupees, and we booked it for 1870 rupees from make my trip, Totally money minded owner, if u book from online booking portal, He will ask you to cancel the booking , and sells it for more price to others , NOT AT ALL RECOMENDED FOR FAMILIES AND OTHERS TOO , Stay way from this comfort @ RAINBOW COMFORTS ---> If your are not providing services don't keep it in online portals

The lodge is in the main Highway road. The heavy vehicles sound n dust will not allow you to sleep. More than that, the dirty smell inn & out of the hotel is not tolerable due to the drainage opened in front of the hotel entry itself. Another main drawback is the parking ,we have to park the vehicles in residential road it will leads to clash with the public's and answeraable to police.we had very britter experience. We are not recommend anyone to stay in this property. This hotel is black mark to the beautiful coffee city .

Lodge is good.. But before going to chikkamagalore, i have enquired about the situation at chikkamagalore, the day we visited, mullayyanaga giri was closed because of dattayatre.. But this lodge people did not even inform.. Simply came back.. He could have helped to me by gvng information about closure..
