I am much disappointed with this guest house no rooms are hygiene. Not well maintained wash rooms nothing but they will charge as per other hotels or lodge totally it's not worthy staying here.

I was disappointed with my experience here. One of the things I noticed is that they discourage guests from visiting the restaurant located just below, claiming the food isn’t good. This felt misleading, as the restaurant actually serves good meals and is a local business worth supporting. I personally prefer transparent practices where guests can make their own choices. I hope the homestay focuses more on providing a better guest experience rather than discouraging nearby businesses.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel for three days. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering a pleasant ambiance. The hotel owner, Prakash, was extremely cooperative and helpful, making the stay even more convenient. However, there was an issue with the washroom in my room, which could have been better maintained. Additionally, housekeeping was not done daily, as my room and washroom were not cleaned during my stay. Regular cleaning would have significantly improved the experience. Despite this, I would still recommend this hotel for those planning to explore Hampi. The location is excellent, with all major tourist attractions nearby, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. For dining options, you can find great food in the Kamlapur area, just a short distance from the hotel. There are two excellent restaurants that serve both South Indian and North Indian cuisine: 1. Hampi Paradise – Known for its delicious and authentic flavors. 2. Mango Tree Restaurant – A popular spot offering a variety of tasty dishes. Overall, if you prioritize location and hospitality over frequent housekeeping, this hotel is a good choice for your stay in Hampi.

Decent non ac room, rooms were clean. Area was average though Police station opposite to property so pretty safe for family. Very near to hampi ruins and food options are not that great in the Kamalapura area, Dedicated care taker/staff at the premise named Prakash who was very helpful and supportive. Parking would arranged next to the building by the property. Rest all are good , CCTV camera are not available.
