This is honestly the most frustrating PG experience I’ve had. No other PG in Nagawara closes their terrace like this — but Prazo Metz Colive PG does, and it’s beyond ridiculous. They lock the terrace at 10:30 PM, and if you even need to pick up your own dried clothes, you have to go and request the security guard to open it. What is this? It feels like living in a strict school hostel with a PT teacher monitoring everything. Absolutely suffocating and unnecessary. And when you raise this with the PG manager, the excuse given is that “people smoke cigarettes.” Seriously? People can smoke at any time — what magically changes after 10:30 PM? You already have multiple CCTV cameras installed, yet you’re still not confident enough to manage this properly. Everyone staying here is a working professional, not school students who need to be controlled like this. After a hectic office schedule, anyone would want some fresh air or just a few minutes of peace — but here, that basic freedom doesn’t exist. Too many restrictions for no valid reason. And the staff? Absolutely pathetic experience at Prazo Metz Colive PG. This place is supposed to be “co-living,” but it feels more like a prison with unnecessary and ridiculous restrictions. They literally lock the terrace after 10:30 PM — seriously?? In this heat, after a long, exhausting office day, people just want some fresh air and a bit of peace. But no, that basic comfort is denied here for no sensible reason. And don’t even get me started on the staff — completely uncooperative and rude. Instead of helping residents, they act like they’re doing you a favor by just being there. Zero understanding, zero flexibility. They even stop you from entering the playing area after 11 PM. What’s the problem if someone wants to relax and play 8-ball pool after work? This isn’t a school hostel with curfews. Overall, this place has no respect for residents' comfort or lifestyle. Overpriced, over-restricted, and extremely frustrating to live in. Would NOT recommend this to anyone.

I had a pleasant stay at Prazo Miami Nagavara and had no complaints whatsoever throughout my stay. They ensured cleanliness, the food is not depressing and tastes way better than so many pgs in Bangalore and around Prazo Nagavara itself. No doubt, worth every penny and that too not overpriced like 'so called' 'branded pgs'.
