Not a good PG option, there are several better options around this one. The PG caretaker is not a good person at all. 4th Jan - Paid 20k deposit (6k was to be deducted on leaving for maintenance ) + 17k ( 1 month rent ) Due to a family emergency, had vacated the PG on 8th Jan, replacement joined on 10th Jan ( with full payment ). Total Refund I got : 15k deposit ( 5k for maintenance) + 5k from rent On asking the PG for cutting a nominal amount for whatever they seem fit, they were arrogant and rude and simply ignored the request. I know a lot of other PGs which are better than this, so please folks choose wisely. Thank you !
