Services were bad, food was bad, no water, they have looted all our money and now they are not returning security refund. This is an issue at national level now. We need to raise awareness not to fall for this scams in India. I am writing to formally bring to public’s attention a concerning issue regarding my security deposit refund from Stanza Living – Bochum House, I vacated the property on May 4th, 2025, and was informed that the refund would be processed within 45 days of vacating. However, it has now been well beyond that period, and I have not yet received the refund. Considering the substantial amount I have paid towards rent and services during my stay, this delay is extremely disappointing and concerning. It is unfortunate that I now have to escalate this matter directly to cosumer court, which reflects poorly on the professionalism and reliability of stanzas operations. There was no delay in collecting the security deposit when I moved in, and it is only fair to expect the same level of efficiency when refunding it. I have attempted to contact various support numbers, but they , has stopped responding ever since I vacated, which is deeply troubling. I hope this matter i

I am a resdient at this pg and I will share you the honest experience. Before taking a room here the staffs were very good and promised a lot for 24x7 hot water, clean room brand new painted room shining washroom and all. After booking I got the reality check that for minimum 3 months I have to create a bond and stay in this pg, and there is no bond for 1 or 2 month another reality no water during 8:30 to 10 AM, peak office ready hours. Leaving these hours there will always be a unlimited water supply but never available at that time when it is required most. Even sometimes water is available during that hours no 24x7 facility of hot water, it was a lie. Basic human need not fullfilled. Now coming to food it will be included in the rent, if you don't need food there will be no concession on rent. 7:30 is starting time for breakfast and 7:30 PM is starting time of dinner, till 8 all the eatable items are gone, the containers are empty because the pg does not provide food according to rooms they have rented. Another basic human need not fullfilled. I am paying this stupid pg 17000 for single room and I cannot leave this because I have a bond of 5 months. It is not like I never tried

Stanza is the best place where you can stay in entire banglore they give you free head massage by banging a rusty rod in your head and if you're lucky the will provide ceiling bath where the entire ceiling falls on your head. Stanza's special cockroach kabab will be delivered right to your bed when you're sleeping. Have stanza have torture 🤞🏻 Very quick response for any inconvenience for you. I've attached sample here. Please prefer stanza and get lost yourself in Banglore with mental pressure 🙌

"Stanza Living Bochum House, Bangalore – Not Recommended. My stay here has been quite disappointing. The cleanliness and hygiene are far from satisfactory; common areas and rooms are frequently left unclean. If you're considering Stanza Living Bochum House in Bangalore, think twice! My experience here has been nothing short of disappointing. The hygiene and cleanliness are well below acceptable standards. Common areas and rooms are often left unclean, and despite repeated complaints, the management does little to improve the situation. The water supply is the worst issue. There are frequent shortages, making it impossible to take a bath or even use the restroom. Many residents have to go to work without bathing, and washing clothes becomes a challenge due to the lack of water. The food quality is another huge letdown—bland, unhygienic, and repetitive. If you're expecting decent meals, you’ll be hugely disappointed. Facilities are not as promised. The reality is far from what they show on their website. Many amenities are either non-functional or poorly maintained. The internet service is terrible, with just 75 GB per month, slow speeds, and a restriction to only two devices. The only good part about this property is the cleaning staff and the plumber, who are cooperative and try their best despite the management’s Save yourself the trouble and find a better place.

This place is an absolute disgrace. If you value your money, health, or sanity, stay far away from Stanza Living Botchum House. Here’s the full picture: • No water in the building — not for drinking, bathing, flushing — nothing. And this happens again and again. • Lift doesn’t work for days. Residents are forced to climb floors in this heat — it’s exhausting and unacceptable. • Residence Captain? Never available. The person assigned to help is missing when needed most. You’re left to figure everything out on your own. • No one responds on time, and there’s zero accountability. You’ll keep calling and texting while they act like it’s not their problem. • Meanwhile, they have the audacity to send rent reminders like clockwork, as if people are living in a 5-star hotel. • No drinking water in the building and they’re still shamelessly asking for payment without fixing basic issues. • Forget comfort — this place doesn’t even meet basic human living standards. This is not managed accommodation — it’s mismanaged torture. You’re better off staying literally anywhere else. The marketing promises are pure fiction.

Bochum House from Stanza Living is worst pg to live in Bangalore . You will start your day with water issue, as there is no water in the morning in washrooms, room cleaning is the other issue, you will keep your keys to clean your room but it will be left unattended and they will make some Excuse everytime. The most concerning and important thing is food as it gets over in just 30 minutes , there is no maintenance at all . You will be stuck here due to locking period policy as nobody wants to loose their money purposely. So in simple words don’t even think about this pg if you want to move in - everyday issues (water issue, food issue and hygiene issue). The management is so worse that they don’t even look in your matter . Even the Referral policy is fake they won’t send you any money even in 6 months. Resident captain and the Cluster level manager ,No one gonna reply to your concern keep that in mind.

Worst PG to live in . As maintenance standars are ZERO . Its smells when you enter ++ The cleaning of the rooms are not done regularly . You have to call to get it done. RC is also very arrogant . Stanza living needs to train their RC for being polite rather than being arrogant and laughing on people face when they encounter any problem. At the end of the day the people living here are paying for services , otherwise there are many PG in the town.

Stanza Living Bochum House is one of the worst pgs I have ever seen. Nothing is ever functioning there. No body comes to clean rooms, food is horrible and utensils poorly washed. There is no water in the pg and initially when you ask them they will say everything is working fine but since I joined every day something has been non functional. Lift doesn't work, there is barely any sunlight in the rooms. I would not recommend stanza living to anybody.

_Disappointing Experience at Stanza Bochum House_ I recently stayed at Stanza Bochum House and had a frustrating experience. The PG had several issues that made my stay uncomfortable: - Water shortages, especially in the mornings - Food shortages, with no food available at dinner times - No drinking water available at nights - Irregular and inadequate housekeeping - Cockroaches in my room and common areas, which was a major concern for hygiene and health These basic amenities and cleanliness issues were often not addressed, making my stay stressful and unpleasant. I would not recommend Stanza Bochum House to anyone who values their comfort, well-being, and health. _Rating: 0/5_

There are water problems 2-3 times a week. The resident captain changes every time, and they argue with you and do not solve your problems. The food quality is very bad. They serve food that was cooked 6-8 hours ago, and all the chapati and poori are machine-made and so tough that they are difficult to eat.

---- TRAP IN THE NAME OF BRAND ---- Pros: - The food is good for at least a few days at the beginning of my stay. - The size of rooms are ok ok. Not bad. - They are clean enough. - There won't be issue with the wifi. - Vibe is good. Cons: -You need to give commitment for 3 months which is the worst part. If you don't like the PG, you need to forget the security deposit of 10k+. -Worst water supply. There are many days where people have to go to the office without a bath. Even washing the clothes became difficult due to lack of water. -The cleaning staff are not consistent and sometimes they don't come to clean your room for weeks. -Once in the evening the building itself got seized cuz the owner didn't pay the property tax. -The food quality went downhill to save the money and many people got stomach aches. -If you have any problems, you should always raise the ticket in the Stanza app and you never know when that issue will be solved. ----- NOT WORTH THE RENT YOU PAY -----

Worst experience ever, no cooperation from the staff services are so bad here no proper food, no proper cleaning, basic amenities like water is not coming for the whole day. Food tastes bad, the staff keeps on changing and no clear communication with them. The management will not receive your calls when you are having issues with the services but for rent they will immediately call you They are changing the contract, here it is written electricity included but after 3 months they add electricity bill to your rent. Staff talks to you rudely, worst experience could have 0 stars will never recommend this property
