The worst pg in which I have ever stayed. Previously I had been stayed in many pg's but the worst experience in this pg. The Main reason is the owner, he is a very rude man and play with our advance and comes to our room when we are not there and take our belongings. He says about many facilities but later on nothing will be provided and when you ask that he doesn't responds. He also has many other pg named esteem co-live. I strongly recommend that choose any other pg instead of this.

Very waste pg!! Bed bugs are more. For one week I suffered alot of those bed bugs. I didn't get sleep.Owner says it's not a matter. It will be solved. But he doesn't take care. TVs are not working. If working, remotes are not there. The hot water tap doesn't had handle,if geyser is on it gives shock. No proper maintenance. food is worst. No curry or chutney in afternoon. Owners is not returning money advance amount. One thing I forgot to say that there is a bad smell river opposite to this pg. All the day adverse smell from that. And there is no ventilation for most of the rooms. Very small insects, cockroaches wandering in the rooms. Only two poor worst washing machine. Very adverse PG I have seen. But he will take more money but no facilities. He didn't have no proper answer for bedbugs problem,but he wants money. Very Waste Fellow!!!

I would strongly advise against staying at this PG, as it is a complete disaster. The building itself is just about okay, but the food is so terrible that it's hardly worth eating. Additionally, the surrounding area is plagued by constant criminal activity, making it an incredibly unsafe place to live. But that's just the beginning of the problems with this PG. The owner is an absolutely terrible person who is selfish, rude, and arrogant. During our stay, we were forced to share rooms with far too many people, despite being promised otherwise. When we asked for a different room, we were met with nothing but resistance and hostility. And to top it all off, the owner ended up kicking us out of the PG and refusing to refund any of our money, even though we had paid for a full month. All in all, this was a truly miserable experience that cost us an unbelievable amount of money. If you're looking for a place to stay, I would strongly recommend avoiding this PG at all costs. There are much better options available in the area, so do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Building is ok, food is below average quality. Surrounding area is not good, everyday something crime is happening here. Owner is too selfish, rude and arrogant. We were total 10 people living there for 12 days. When We boarded in this pg owner says please adjust 5 members in 4 sharing room within 2 days I'll give you another room, but after giving full month rent he refused to give us another room. When we ask about another room again and again he forcefully kicked out us from PG and refuse to give our money back, and threaten us. He looted us for 52k in just 12 days. Before joining this PG think twice, If you're not a local person. You will get better PG in this price range. If you think this is fake review I can attach my payment receipt. We have very bad experience with this pg don't think about this PG.

This PG building is good But beware of owner while time of joining he will talk very sweet but after that his ride behaviour starts. He will not refund you your deposit money and if you ask him to give the deposit then he calls police in front of gate. So before joining be ready for such things. There are many better pg than this . Food is also vey bad quality and electricity problem is 2-3 times a week . While joining he tells that inverter is there but it does not work.

I recently stayed 4 months in esteem pg for gent's Bangalore. The staff is very rude and the rooms is OK ok come to the food is average and the washing machines is terrible there is no proper maintainance to that instead of removing dirt the clothes become more dirt if we put our clothes in that. There are more better pg's in that area with better prices

Building Is in good condition, but you have no idea when owner collect your all money with deposit and kickout you from pg. Same incident happened with my friend. Owner looted him as well his Group For 52k within 12 days and forcefully vacated PG. Also owner is very rude arrogant selfish in nature. If you don't act as he says, he comes directly to the company and complains about you in your company. He make both your private life and professional life hell. And All five star rating are fake and done by owner forcefully during someone leaving pg, he not giving your deposit back untill you not posting fake five-star rating. As per my suggestion live anywhere in nagwara but not board this PG Owner make your life totally hell.
