He will show good rooms but will keep increasing the room price and if u don't agree he will move you to dirty rooms or he will ask you to vacate if you don't agree to pay more amount. One of the owner name is BASHA and has lot of arrogance because if u tell him about water problems, washing machine n food complaints he will ask you to vacate if u cannot adjust. So u have to pay money and on top of that u have to compromise..”
