“Overall a very decent or average experience. We had booked the room a month before the on-boarding date and was promised that EVERYTHING will be set up and ready a few days before the on-boarding. Hence, we had to pay an advance for the setup to be funded and completed fast. However, on the date, they were still arranging the furniture and it felt like the work was just started a day ago. Though the furniture was set up by the end of the on-boarding day, basic ammenities such as curtains, bathroom hangers, mirror, etc were installed only a week later. There was no washing machine, water filter, wifi routers or even LIGHTS installed in my floor until 2 weeks later. The water supply gets cutoff in the night and early morning on some days and the water pressure is very very low. The food was better than i expected but not 5-star also.”

“Worst service. After paying 11k each month you neither get good food. No water supply for days and no proper electricity backup. Management doesn't care and does not resolve the issues. Just don't join”

Additionally, pressures residents to leave 5-star ratings, so approach online reviews with caution, as many appear to be coerced. The rent varies significantly between residents, suggesting that agents may be taking commissions. We were promised a separate mess facility on the terrace, but it was never provided, forcing us to use a mess in a nearby building. Furthermore, there is no power backup, and the washing machines are in poor condition.

And normal meal tastes like hell, no taste, some day extra masala, waste of money. We have to spend extra 6k per month just for food. and in this cost u can afford good room. so, pls dont waste your money.
