Worst place to stay, staff response is so rude and we have to keep nagging them to work done. Current bills are too high more than 1k per month, most of the current is used by maintenance staff and care taker but we have to pay there amount. Staff response will be horrible for any issue, they react as if they are the owners of the property and no respect is given to tenants. Every month there will be some sort of problems like no water or generator is not working or geyser is not working.

If your daughter is staying in this pg , then tell her to vacate this pg, she might be living here with her boyfriend and giving enjoyment to her boyfriend. I have seen one couple they are enjoying there life in weekend night . Just think about this place before moving .

Room full with cockroaches. Basin is broken. No bed sheets and pillow covers. Electric wiring is not good as it does short circuit. Cleaning is not good.

They clean the floors and rooms on alternate days, which is decent. However, they don’t bother to dust the bed covers or furniture. You’ll also have to pay extra for water (₹250) and electricity, which is charged based on your usage—including common areas, even if you don’t personally use them. *****The more concerning issue is the frequent water shortages. Despite paying extra, there are regular instances of water unavailability. Imagine getting ready for work, finishing your morning routine, and then finding out there’s no water when you need it most.

The electricity bills always comes very high regardless how little electricity you use. I didn't use the refrigarator or geyser and only stayed for night (morning was office hours apart from weekends) but the bill was always above Rs. 1000. The rooms are ok but again they ain't that cheap. The staff is not always responsive, and some of them are straight up rude. They don't solve issue unless you keep nagging them.

My friends stay here food is not that good almost all food item have same taste and colour,over all the room are good but washrooms are small as matchbox,but clean and in good condition too far from main road need to walk for 10 to 15 if to need to catch any public transport or anything like that,but the area has many shops for daily things ,need to improve good taste and quality will be a great place to stay ,lock of ventilation in all rooms I would say but that is same with each and every pg of Bangalore
