Worst PG experience I’ve ever had. The food was horrible almost every day except maybe once or twice a week. But the biggest problem was Mr. Kiran’s behaviour. Almost everyone staying there agrees that he constantly shouts, yells, and talks disrespectfully to residents. Living there literally made me stressed all the time because even basic issues were ignored for weeks. A dim light bulb was never replaced properly, a broken bent table took almost a month to change, and whenever we complained, the response was rude and aggressive. I was once shouted at over a phone call just for asking about a table repair — the way he spoke actually made me cry. From day one, my fan was not working and I was told “fan is complimentary” as if basic ventilation is optional. They delay every repair claiming everything is under warranty despite that the same electrician is coming to repair different companies products At one point he literally told me, “aap khali kar do room immediately, overnight koi aur aa jayega.” That shows how residents are treated there. Cleaning was also poor most of the time. The only good thing about this PG was a few friends I made there. Otherwise, this place completely aff
