Incredibly rude owner, take a good look at the other bad reviews about this place before you consider it. I noticed that a lot of the bad reviews from earlier have now been deleted. The quality is sub-par and it seems like owner cannot take any criticism, even going to the point of threatening 'corrective action' against people complaining. This should tell you everything you need to know about this PG. P.S. Contrary to what it says in google, this PG is not women-owned.

One of my friend stayed at this place and her experience was far from satisfactory. The owner's approach towards resolving complaints is pathetic. One of the most concerning aspects of her stay was the apparent lack of consideration given to her complaints. It was disheartening to see that legitimate concerns of the residents were not taken seriously by the owner. Instead of addressing the issues, he seemed to place the blame on the residents themselves, which only escalated the problems further. Owner's consistently rude and disrespectful behaviour created a hostile and uncomfortable living environment for her. Also I became aware of a practice where the owner encourages residents to write positive reviews. This raises a serious questions about the authenticity of the existing positive reviews for this place. It's disheartening to think that the positive feedback may not accurately reflect the experiences of residents. Overall, I would strongly advise prospective tenants to exercise caution before considering this place as their place of residence.

Writing for a friend who stays here. Worst PG ever. Living on the streets is better than living here. The person running the PG is extremely ill-behaved and doesn't know a thing about manners and etiquettes and how to behave. The place has poor water supply. Cats roaming in kitchen, algae growing in water supply containers. Dustbins overflowing. Poorly managed. Money minded and cheap people run this place. Awful experience. Ignore replies on reviews claiming otherwise. This place is not worth your time or money. Owner deletes bad reviews to make this seem like a good place. Beware. _________ To add to your response, ”owner”, this is a free country, with “freedom of speech”. I am not surprised you don’t know about it given how open to complaints you are at your PG haha. Google allows us to write about our dissatisfaction on pages and it is our right. Let’s see where you can “take the emailID”. Instead of writing page long responses demeaning the truth, why don’t you go and change something about the living conditions at your PG. Might do you some good. Don’t tell me what will cause ME problems. Worry about what will cause YOU problems if the girls at the PG decide to take strict

I have been staying in the new pg of them since 7 months .PG owners are very good to communicate our problems.All the rooms are well organised with wifi and hot water facility and drinking water in every floor.Also food is also good and clean which contains both north and south Indian food. Also in terms of security owner's house also near by so in case of any issue we can approach them .If someone is looking to stay near bagmane tech park back gate it is also a good pg to have a look and stay for long duration.

As per me it's a really good pg. They provide North indian food which is quite rare here in other pgs. Owner is a very nice lady and always try to help us out. Cook and his family are also nice. It has lift, washing machine, biometry as well that too at an affordable rate. It's in a good location and very near to tech park. Yes the pg does have in and out timing for safety but the owners are flexible if you inform them prior.
