Very disappointing experience. The hotel took full payment upfront but refused to issue a refund when plans changed, despite unclear policies. A cancellation was requested well in advance with more than two weeks notice. Customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful throughout. It felt like they were more focused on keeping the money than treating guests fairly. Would not recommend—be cautious before booking.
