Very costly, not reasonable, kitchen utensils have gone bad, the food is pathetic and oily got a lot of health issues, definitely for long term stay you can stay for probably 1 or 2 months then take a flat on rent if you have to pay this much, in this amount you can get a flat and have a maid and cook, the bedsheets are maintained by the pg and are very dirty and unhygienic, Bhaskar will try to psychologically persuade you on stuff playing psychological games, wifi is shit and they charge crazy amount for it, yes its separate and billed monthly. Though they return the deposit on time. And yes kitchen is filled with cockroaches cheap utensils non-stick with eroded teflon coating, don’t cook in it it will cause cancer. The locality is shit and traffic prone and dirty. Choose wisely. I have given my hi honest reviews. Also beware of Bhaskar the owner, he is a shrewd guy and will only help you if its convenient by him, he thinks of himself as some king or something, i asked him about the wifi because its just unbearably slow and he was like bear with it or manage on your own and totally lashed out at me. I was like you cannot charge this heavy a amount and not fix the wifi or don’t cha

Very bad owner behaviour, very much greedy , me and my friends booked a room and given advance booking of 22k as 11k for each. Due to some medical reasons my friend went to his home town and cannot make to join the pg , the owner didn’t given a single ruppee back to him. He took all his 11k and earlier he was ready to give 5.5k then after some time he said I am in loss I will not return his money it’s your friend loss I can not do anything. Seriously guys this owner is very greedy . He always puts this penalty to everyone

Poor hygiene earlier when they had coloration with stay abode. The kitchen was filled with cockroaches. And had lot of hidden charges . Just for name sake they used to clean room but it was not so clean. For no reason they want u to pay painting charges and fumigation charges evn though u don't have pets and not damaged the paint or any other properties. And the way they cleaned utensils will make u cry.

Hope this helps anyone looking for a PG in the area. Pros : 1. Complaint Resolution is quick. 2. Cleanliness and hygiene is well maintained. 3. the amenities provided are of really good quality. 4. Safe and friendly environment. 5. terrace vibes are just amazing. Cons : 1. the prices are a bit of the higher side 2. Many uncomfortable and safety incidents regularly happen with the neighbours for many residents. 3. the road is not built near the PG so vehicle owners might face few issues especially considering the Bangalore rains.
