PG is located at a prime location Corporation and St Marthas bus stands are near Well connected to Majestic bus terminal and SMVT metro Food is good here and cleaning is done everyday Uncle is very polite and gets queries addressed. Though the only downside is the furnishing of the rooms, rooms look a bit old and no tvs in rooms, also the wifi plan quota expires near month end (not all months though). Gate closes at night for safety of the indoors. Some of the Nearest exploring points 1. Cubbon Park 2. UB City

PG staying is good but the management is the worst. The manager doesn't provide proper service. There is only one washing machine in the PG. Food is worst for North Indians. Basically the owner earns money and the people who lives suffers.

Really good place. i only stayed for a Month, yet had a good enough experience. The Owner is the best person, and the view from the fourth floor is very pleasant. food is also good enough. and they also clean the rooms everyday.

I am staying in this PG from July, paying rent of Rs 8000 every month on time, you will get Chicken pakora or curry on Sundays and Eggs on Wednesdays. The dinner time is Strictly from 7:30 to 9:30pm. The good thing is if you have any problem it will be solved by 2-3 days. The taste of food is good mostly. If you are well disciplined and follow rules and regulations you will find this PG good.

Staying here since 4 months — Very good PG Pros - it’s a hotel converted into PG ( so rooms are as good as shown in the photos) - daily cleaning of rooms !! - washing machine is available - RO water is available - food is good + healthy + nutritious (north + south) - you can pack breakfast in your tiffin for office - egg based dish every Wednesday night & chicken based dish every Sunday night - located in prime location ( majestic is stand is near, metro is near , bank is near , police station is near, market is near , park is near, gym is near, chicken / fish shop is near , MRP shop is near) - good manager (listens to your problems and fixes it - hot water in both morning and evening timings Cons - no hot water in afternoons - rooms are kinda small - final time to get back to pg is 11PM (so beware if you’re prty guy (but manager is pretty flexible till 12PM in genuine cases) - no entry of girls - somehow the North Indian food does not taste like proper North Indian ( daal & sabji always have taste of SAMBHAR) seems like the only masala they use is sambhar masala. - No tea/coffe in morning - roti is only available in dinner (only rice based dishes in morning & afternoon ) My fin
