This PG is nothing short of a nightmare and a complete scam. From the very beginning, they lure you in with fake promises, but the reality is far from what they claim. The Wi-Fi here is absolutely pathetic — it barely works, disconnects constantly, and is completely unreliable for even the simplest online work. When you ask them to fix it, the management either ignores you or makes excuses, showing zero sense of responsibility. The worst part, however, is the way they shamelessly cheat tenants with the deposit money. Once you leave, they come up with all kinds of lies and excuses just to avoid returning it. It’s clear that their business runs on dishonesty and exploitation, not service. The management is unprofessional, arrogant, and has no respect for the people living here. This place is not just badly managed — it is outright fraudulent. You end up paying for poor facilities, constant frustration, and eventually losing your hard-earned money to their tricks. Staying here is like paying to be cheated. If you value your peace of mind, health, or money, avoid this PG at all costs. There are far better and more honest options out there.

I stayed here 1 year , i thought it will be nice place but at last they showed their real face by not giving me back the deposit amount completely that too I was calling them like a begger, one of my roommate was there he also got the same issue but it was more money. Dear owner atleast pay his amount and also don't ask me to whom you should pay ask manager he knows everything and replying in the reviews dramatically. I stayed there because of the place where nice even though 1) no washing machine 2) no proper hot water supply 3) worst food 4) and a completely failure wifi But atlast i understood that people also not nice

I'm putting second time review here because I'm not able to reply my previous review, dear madam you guys paid my deposit amount after making me a begger for 3 weeks that too I told your manager that I'm leaving 1 month prior and also it was not the full amount Second why did I stayed there for 1yr , why are you asking this same question to everyone in the review box when ever you are getting a negative comment ,i told in the last review also at first everything was going well then everything changed No wifi No hot water No other aminities If you have more questions ask your manager or read my earlier review And don't ask the cliche question that why did I stayed there for 1 yr Thankyou

Almost 3rd class PG in Sanjayanagara, PG Manager Sridhar all time drunk & everyday night history office room becomes BAR. Everyday he will drink in office room, no maintainance in this PG, common lights not glowing last one year more time, water problem too much including drinking water, room cleaning staff not coming, not doing room cleaning, almost every where dirty, no security personnel not staying more than one week even PG people found cockroach on food. PG manager tacking extra money from PG guy's most of the time.

Not a goood pg for staying in longer terms and foood is simply waste and limited because of the owner aunty their workers are good and they are maintaining good the rooms are ok but not satisfied they are cleaning alternative days but it won't be feels goood because of the old building. Strictly the afternoon foood will not be goood I will not suggest this pg at this cost better you can go with an another pg there will only be room space other than that nothing will not be good pls verify before you join that pg. That manager anna and workers will be good to speak and they will do what you are asking but that owner aunty won't be so pls verify that you get everything or else don't go we made that one mistake and we suffered more than a month. Then finally the hot water won't come after 7.30am and if the previous day was raining then you will not get untill 7.30am also so you should bath in chill water

I stayed here for 7 month, the worst nightmare I had when I stayed. When we talk to House owner she will talk in polite and humble but ones you get in, it get worst. Per head Cost is 7200 for 2 sharing, it's ok to have with food but it's problematic. No proper maintenance in room service. No room cleaning, and after so much complain it takes place ones in a month, and Toilet is very worst, never cleaned at all.... When new tenets coming they wil not clean the room n toilet.... If u book in Urban Company for 500Rs u will get the best toilet cleaning service but u pay 5000Rs for accommodation u get to use public toilet only... Bed is full of bugs, very dirty, never changed it at all.... No proper hot water facility. - if u stay in 3rd floor u should come down n fetch hot water n go..... WiFi - other big problem - you cannot use WiFi for long time it disconnects 3 to 4 times an hour and no speed at all.... At Sunday WiFi will not work.... No washing machine provides, Manual was with limited bucket of water.... 2000Rs for maintenance charge... We should sign an agreement and definitely non of the people will get their deposit money back.... Please if people plan to leave the PG in for
