The PG is acceptable overall. Food quality is average (3/5), and cleaning is relatively good (4/5). However, there are several ongoing issues that significantly affect the living experience. The behavior of some workers is unprofessional, with frequent arguments taking place openly, without consideration for residents or time. This creates an uncomfortable environment. Management response is also disappointing. Complaints are not addressed promptly, and it often requires multiple calls or messages to get basic issues resolved. There are recurring maintenance and hygiene concerns as well. The washing machine frequently malfunctions, and water drainage is poor despite reporting the issue. Hot water is available only for limited hours. Additionally, plates and glasses often have an unpleasant smell, which raises hygiene concerns. Apart from these issues, the PG is manageable. I also feel concerned for the watchman, who has to deal with unnecessary stress due to the staff’s behavior. You can ask the students residents here. They can confirm these issues.
