Never book directly. We booked one week back and asked to take a advance payment, but they told no need. Once we reach they are telling room not there got over booked on online platform.

Pathetic service from restaurant member. Took almost 45 mins to order coffee. Phones don't connect, response from restaurant person is very rude. Will never visit to this hotel again in future. Staff here have zero importance to hospitality.

The hotel itself is well-maintained rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall facilities were very good. However, a serious issue with pricing and communication spoiled our experience. Over the phone, we had clearly confirmed 2 rooms with one extra bed each at ₹2000/- per room (₹4000 total). But when we arrived late at night, the hotel staff unexpectedly demanded ₹200 extra per bed, claiming the original price did not include the extra beds. With no other options at that hour, we had to accept, but this breach of the agreed price felt misleading and damaged our trust. While the stay itself was pleasant, transparency and honoring prior commitments are essential for guest trust. Without improvement on this front, it overshadows an otherwise excellent property.

Check in was bad. Rooms were not ready . Was given a smoking room filled with pungent smell. Could not sleep at all. Morning there was no water at all. Even after 30 mins of complaining. Absolutely no professionalism staff. Not equipped for seasonal occupancy.

If a hotel books a room almost a month and a half before your travel then they have to keep your booking but Phalguni did not do that they cancelled our booking 15 days before our travel and the excuse they gave was a plumbing issue. About 10 rooms that we had booked as a group was cancelled this way. All of us had to find last minute accommodation and many because of this cancellation. Now this would have been ok, if they really had a problem. When we travelled to Phalguni we saw that they actually were functioning normally and were taking bookings at a higher price. If you are booking for your family book at your own risk.

It's one of those hotels that mandates you to have a shower between 8am and 10 am. To get hot water in other hours, you will have to call the reception and plead with them to turn on the heater. To turn it on or not is ultimately up to their discretion. Finally had a cold shower on a cold monsoon day!
