I stayed in this PG for a long time mainly because it was very close to my college, which made daily travel convenient. However, my overall experience was not good. Whenever I planned to leave or discussed vacating the room, the management would unnecessarily create issues and complications. It was not handled professionally at all. When my guardian came to speak about it, the situation escalated into a heated argument, which was very disappointing. The lady in charge behaves arrogantly and is not approachable. The owner also lacks basic manners while communicating with residents, which made interactions uncomfortable. Because of these reasons, I would not recommend this PG to others despite its convenient location.

The worst PG I have ever seen the pg is so untidy and is too far away from the city you have to go too interior to go to this dirty pg. they cost so expensive for 3 to 4 sharing no basic facilities are given here. All the beds and floors are dirtiest. Full boost smell in whole room there is no facilities to keep your belongings safely anyone can steal anything here because there is nothing except a broken cot. Dirtiest PG in mangalore

My friend who stayed 2days nd escaped from this hostel. Its not a hostel.Poor quality, higher charges. Cabins and toilets very dirty, frequent power failure . No one can recommend this place . If you want hostel near St Agnes College ask college warden, she will guide you where you can find the best.

First of all this is the worst pg in manglore I have ever seen...and respected Owner madem u must learn to accept ur fault first.. don't just simply trying to ignore those complaints and blame others..those who stayed there knows ur veryy great and professional behaviour which u justify it as it is.let me tell u ..u r NOT at all professional or respectful...we have tried ur food .the worst food a human can possibly eat...and at last I haven't stayed here but my frnds did.no need to come and cry that this is fabrication or paid or with anyother childish reasons.

I had a very disappointing experience with this PG hostel. My friend stayed here, and I personally visited as well, so this is based on direct observation. The owner’s behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional. They are not approachable at all and do not respond properly to concerns. The food quality is very poor. At times, it feels like leftover food from the previous day is being served, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. Hygiene is another major issue. The rooms are not cleaned regularly, and the overall maintenance of the place is very bad. I would strongly not recommend this PG to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable stay. Please think twice before choosing this place.

I stayed at this PG for about 1.5 years. In the beginning, everything seemed fine, and I chose this place mainly because it was close to my college. However, there was a lack of transparency from the management from the start. When I joined, they never clearly informed us about possible rent increases or important policies related to vacating. Later, when leaving, I was told that I had to pay the full month’s rent even if I vacated early, with only a very small deduction. This was never properly explained at the time of joining. The owners’ behavior was also disappointing. Instead of discussing issues respectfully, they were often rude and arrogant, which made the overall experience unpleasant. I stayed here for a long time hoping things would improve, but unfortunately, the management and communication were poor. I would advise others to clarify all terms and conditions in writing before choosing this PG.

I cannot comment on the experience of living in this PG without actually living there. But since I know the pain of searching to find a comfortable place to stay, I have decided to review every place I check out, so that it will be useful for others. Positive point I found about this place is the location. Even though it is quite close to the main road, the place is very calm. But the living condition is very shabby. No light and ventilation. Everything needs to be altered/renewed. The toilets are pathetic. The beds were a nightmare. They have wisely put the picture of the porch area, which is a decent place to sit. I do not personally recommend this place to anyone.

As I was away from home for the first time,I can say..i never experienced loneliness as the owner madam , owner uncle,people working there and especially my inmates made me feel that I am at home 🏠..I made new friends whom I will cherish for life time...I received much love and affection. If they improve the infrastructure and food a little bit.,.I would rate it as 7 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
