We planned to stay at this place and had informed the owner about it. We were a family of 4 with senior citizen parents. One day before the travel date when we called to confirm if all good, the owner informed that there was a big team so she gave the property to them and we were left with another house with one room in the ground floor and one in the top floor. The rooms is the ground floor had no attached bathroom. All this was conveyed at the last minute, the previous night of our travel. We had to cancel our trip plans because of the changes the owner made

I had been here for 3 days recently. They had promise activities but nothing was there. Rooms had dumps and were stinking badly. Even mattress ( very hard to sleep) and pillows were stinking. We asked for room spray to stay in room, which was provided luckly. Were not able to lock either room door and caretaker ( or owner ) suggested no need to lock room as nothing to worry but a family cant sleep at unknown place with their own security at least without room lock. Surrounding is good but be careful with leach's. Food was ok. Staff cooperative. Overall : WASTE OF MONEY

Yesterday We stayed at this Home Stay food was not good. Room was dirt. Washroom was not clean.no hot water. They provided only 11 peaces of chicken for four members. my advice is not to opt this Home Stay

Just finished our horrible stay a day .... Waste of money...As stated by a guest in .previous review , nothing as changed...It's like we have adjust , compromise and stay there because we have booked there and paid...No privacy.... We had told them while booking that only ladies group will be coming...inspite of this they had given other ook not males group... So they asked us to stay in there house..... No wash basin in bathroom.... One room didn't have washroom , so every time u have run down for washroom... Think before u book.... Not worth our money

We book this place for 2 nights but checked out after 1 night stay. The room did not gave an attached bathroom, it was common. The other bathroom did not have a wash basin, or clothes hanger or anything. The third room bathroom wash basin pipe was leaning badly. The mattresses still gad the plastic sheet on so was very uncomfortable to sleep. It was a very hot say and no fan in the rooms, we had to sit and lie down in hall. The villa we were accommodated, the staff family also stayed and kitchen was there too.so no privacy. There was no care taker present to guide us or take care of things. I had booked camp fire and barbecue earlier itself ( for extra charges). But the day we arrived and confirmed on the same, we were told tat the meat and veggies will be given to us and we have to marinate and barbecue ourselves. Why then will I pay extra. After some debate, they said they will marinate but we gave to do rest. Very unprofessional way of handling things. Who rents out a room without a bathroom?? Every single time we wanted something or during meal/tea times we had to go to the kitchen door, knock and wait on them to come out. There are 2 villas, the one we got had no proper a

I would like to say positive aspects first. Rooms, cleanliness and stay is good. Food- Did not find anything special just a normal Bangalore food not even sweet or something special. If asked for starters no good options. But taste of the food is good. Marketing person baanu prakash doesn't give you any proper information. He mentioned us you should walk 1km to falls which is inside homestay but after we went there we got to know we should travel 1km in own transport and 2km walk. Ethina buja was told just 2km from homestay and after reaching homestay got to know it is 18km. So just to relax it is ok. But not to enjoy. Not recommended homestay.

Homestay was very good, nice hospitality and the food they provided were excellent. Little managing their bathrooms will look even more better. Very good atmosphere and special thanks to preetham(helper boy) who was their with us for entire 2 days in guiding us all the way. We were 10 colleagues and enjoyed a lot. Hoping to visit again for the tasty 😋 food and atmosphere.
