“Unprofessional Management – Enter with Caution Dealing with the property manager, Mr. Reddy, has been a highly unsatisfactory experience. He consistently exhibits unprofessional and adversarial behavior toward residents. When maintenance requests are submitted, communications are frequently met with hostile language, which appears intended to discourage tenants or pressure them into vacating early. Furthermore, there is a recurring issue with unjustified maintenance deductions from security deposits. I strongly advise prospective tenants to look elsewhere to avoid these management issues.”

He is consistently rude and unprofessional, not just with me, but with all the residents. Whenever maintenance issues are raised, he intentionally uses hostile language to frustrate tenants into vacating early. This seems to be a deliberate tactic to wrongfully deduct maintenance costs from the security deposit. His behavior is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and avoid dealing with him.
