Everyone visits this place because of the low prices, but they charge extra for absolutely everything once you arrive. They charge for coffee, tea, and even a small cup of milk for children. We were told kids under 5 stay for free, but at checkout, they handed us a bill that included charges for the children's stay and food. The shocking part was their excuse: they said they assumed the kids wouldn't eat much, but since they ate "a lot," so they told us to pay extra. . My 85-year-old grandmother loves gardening and asked for a root cutting of a rare flower plant. The owner gave it to her but made a harsh, sarcastic comment, telling her husband - "go cut down more trees." They taunted us just because we questioned the hidden fees. They said elder eat only 2 poori but YOU ppl ate too much. Lastly, the room amenities were terrible. There was no handwash or clothes hangers, room entrance door mat, cloth drying,and we had to ask for everything. There is only one bathroom for family room, there is no any outside restroom for the urgency, for the food they consider nonveg that only chiken, there is no fish or egg dishes in the food. Avoid this place. Do not recommend this place , terribl

Room stay romba nalla experience friends. Room clean-aa irundhuchu, ventilation & lighting super. Bed comfortable, night full-aa peaceful-aa rest eduthen. Bathroom neat-aa maintain pannirukaanga. Location um easy-aa reach panna mudiyudhu. Overall stay safe, calm & value for money. Definitely recommend pannalaam 👍 , also food unconditionally excellent taste like a star hotel 😊🫶
