Dirty unclean rooms, better stay for bed bugs ,etc Main thing is this PG is more than 6 year old so you know maintenance needed but owner always trying to save money and will delay the repairing of most of the things in PG. He will get in arguments with you. But MAIN THING He will be VERY NICE WITH YOU in the beginning. Hope it helps. Bdw rent is 5000 and 5500 for three sharing.

Water - Drinking, Common In Ground Floor, No Big Problem with Water 2. Food - Can collect from Ground Floor 3. Washing - Machine is available, Manually can also do. 4. Security - No security is there. CCTV is available. 5. Parking - Bikes can Park in Ground Floor 6. Rent - 5000-6500 (Oct 2019) 7. Room Size - 6×5 with attached bathroom and Essential Needs (Bed, Shelf) 8. Electricity - Only main power supply, No generator 9. WiFi - Available 10. Sharing Basis - 2,3,4 are available 11. Extra - 2 Hall with 2 TV In single floor Rating 3/5 Like and share if it helped you.
