The food is delicious and very budget friendly for college students but with terrible outcome. I went there in the first week of opening with a group of friends following which we all suffered from food poisoning(we double checked and this is not a false accusation). I heard similar complaints from other acquaintances about food poisoning and i really hope they keep in mind majority of their customers are students. Getting admitted in the hospital was no joke and the food poisoning cases have been getting worse

Food came in no order and came so slow. Inexperienced staff. Food came in weird rectangle trays. They said they can't make and give hot water. (Like it's soo complicated affair to cater to a request) Hot water was out of syllabus for them. The tables were al sticky. The waiters are inconsistent, we have to wait a lot, keep going to the reception to call them. Food came in installments, waited 10 mins got the burger of one person, finished eating, waited another 10 mins and fried rice came of another person and we ordered juice, milkshake, mojito.. nothing yet. Third persons mojito comes and the persons food doesn't.. Uhhh one should have hell lot of patience to sit here. Btw the zinger burger was weird, they had put a layer of butter and then cheeze slice and cheap white sauce and then greasy chicken with a piece of lettuce and some onions with cold fries. We cancelled two drinks and told them to parcel the order that just came after 45 mins of ordering. Clueless people. They messed up the bill too, applied the prices manually increasing prices 10-30 rs more per item and then correcting it

Tried the fried rice and noodles, both of which were really good. The pizza was average and used ketchup as the base sauce, which wasn’t to my taste. The club sandwich was slightly dry. Overall, the food was tasty but not exceptional. The seating and atmosphere were good. It’s affordable, located very close to the university, and likely has better items on the menu worth trying.

Visited Hungry Wok recently and had a great experience! It’s a very nice, cute café with a cool, fully air-conditioned seating area — perfect to chill with friends. They accept cards and UPI, which is super convenient. The menu is huge — from pizza, momos, Chinese, and continental to biryani, kebabs, sandwiches, burgers, and fries. There’s something for everyone! The prices are pocket-friendly, and this is their second outlet. Really loved the vibe and food — definitely a must-visit 🙂

Recently visited Hungry Wok, and here’s what I tried: Lemon Chicken – 5/5 Absolutely delicious! A must-try dish. Perfect balance of tangy and savoury, super fresh, and cooked to perfection. This one definitely stands out Zinger Cheese Pull Fries – 3.5/5 Good and flavourful, with a nice cheesy pull. Could have been slightly crisper, but overall a fun and satisfying snack. Dynamite Chicken Momos – 4/5 Spicy, juicy, and full of flavour! The dynamite sauce adds a great kick.

The portion is generous enough to share or to have as a hearty solo meal when paired with kuboos. The food is good and the ambience is pleasant. However, the most important aspect—customer service—needs serious improvement. The cafe management should provide proper customer service training to the staff. While not all staff members were an issue, one staff member was completely inexperienced, showed no smile or welcoming attitude, and behaved in a misbehaving and angry manner. This really spoiled our mood while trying to enjoy otherwise delicious food. Basic customer manners were missing. Management should either avoid deploying such staff or ensure they are properly trained in customer service.
