These are scammers. We booked a room and when we reached the location they said no vacant rooms. Such an horrible experience, they made me and my family stranded. We were made to wait outside the hotel for hours and pretended like they did nothing wrong.

We stayed at this hotel, but the service was extremely poor. There was no caretaker available, and in the morning there was absolutely no water. We had to leave the hotel without even being able to bathe properly. Nobody was ready to answer the calls. We made more than 50 calls since early morning to four different contact numbers, but no one responded, no service was provided, and the water issue was not solved. I want to warn others so that they do not face the same problem. Nobody should stay at this hotel. It is a very bad hotel with extremely poor service.

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and irresponsible behavior shown by DeVerveil Serviced Apartment management. I had booked a 1-BHK apartment for myself, my wife, and my 4-year-old daughter well in advance. However, upon reaching the property, we were shockingly informed that the apartment had already been given to some other customers and that you would not entertain our booking anymore. This is completely unacceptable. What made the situation worse was that the room allocated/tagged for my booking was reportedly upgraded to a 2-BHK and handed over to someone else without even informing us beforehand. After making us travel all the way with a small child, we were casually asked to shift to another very small and poorly maintained lodge, which was nowhere close to what we had booked. Naturally, I refused. This entire experience caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and frustration to my family during our trip. Such careless handling of confirmed bookings reflects very poorly on your service standards and customer commitment. A confirmed booking should mean something. Very clean and spacious stay. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with balcony. Lift facilities are there so good for senior citizens. Parking is outside in front of the property but it is safe . Pillow covers looked a little dirty , otherwise everything was good. Please keep water heating flask in the bed room .
