However, after admission and fee payment, I was informed about mandatory offline practical sessions, which were not clearly explained during the enrollment process. As a working professional, this created significant difficulty. Communication and academic guidance were not consistent, and I did not receive timely or clear updates regarding practical sessions and examinations. When I sought clarification, responses were limited, and most information was simply redirected to the website or WhatsApp notifications without proper explanation. There was a noticeable lack of direct support and transparent communication, which made the overall experience stressful. I believe greater clarity at the time of admission and better student support—especially for working professionals—would significantly improve student satisfaction.

To start with library, Kapmi has given access to plenty of books in psychology, journalism and apart from academic stuffs it has given access to numerous fictional n non fictional books ! Kapmi provides very friendly environment! May it be teaching and non teaching staffs ! And food during lunch is just yum ! Kapmi gives clinal explosure to all the psychology students and internship to kapmi as well as non kapmi students ! Overall kapmi is one good college to achieve all ur ambitions .
