“Horrible !! They keep on increasing rent by 20% each quarter and quality of food , cleanliness, amenities like water , washing machines has degraded a lot. Rent in March 2023 was 10K and in November 2023 it's 14k (double occupancy) There's no concept of maintenance, you just need to pay. Good luck recovering your security deposit.”

“The PG is good and right next to Bagmane Constellation Business Park . The staff is good. The Food is ok. But the owner is so greedy and only after money. He will make false accusation to get extra rent and make. Your experience worst when it's time to leave the PG.”
