The location is quite inconvenient if you’re planning to visit Hampi — it’s around 22 km away, which means nearly an hour’s drive to reach the main attractions. The service is extremely poor; staff often avoid providing proper service with excuses like “It’s nature, sir!” Almost everything seems cost-cut, and the quality of service does not match the price they charge. You can easily find much better accommodation in the same area. I would strongly advise against staying here. The food menu may look impressive with a variety of options, including international cuisine, giving the impression of a well-equipped kitchen — but the reality is completely different. The kitchen is very unhygienic, and the food quality is poor. Flies and insects are commonly seen around the dining area. The rooms are dirty and unhygienic, with insects frequently roaming around, even while you sleep. When you raise complaints, they just offer excuses instead of solutions. Hot water is not consistently available either. Honestly, I didn’t find anything good about this place worth mentioning

I've visited many resorts in Hampi during my visits here. But the worst among those was this one. No room service, food quality not good. Food is expensive one should avoid this guesthouse.

The room was priced high due to the year end. However, the room had nothing but bamboo wall and two beds. Additional bed provided was a rusted and had sharp edges. No space for additional table. We had to keep our luggage on the bed and manage. The toilet and wash basin was smelly and had to make multiple requests for cleaning it. Food taste was fine but service was not great. The staff was not so friendly because they had lot of orders and asked us to go out and eat elsewhere. In total, our dinner spanned for about 3 hours and 30 minutes. This room is located about 45 minutes/26 Kilometers from Hampi.

Very pathetic Guest house, management and owner. Don't respect the customers and if your booking in for more than 10 members then they will gonna cancel at last moment and say rooms are not available, raise the amount 2x or 3x before boarding and even though when advance paid. Friends please don't go , bad food, rooms are not hygiene, unhygienic food, bathroom is not cleaned, unresponsive. Owner spoke initially well but after that behaving rudely. Please go at your own risk since we regret after going there and went to hidden place (owner is close friend of mine ) so he accomodate few people. Don't go by good reviews, few people told to give good feedback forcefully. Refund also not initiated for us, atleast give refund.

Pathetic. I had a booking for delux room with balcony for a halt over back to Hyderabad from Goa. Reached the place around 2 pm with my dog only to be told by the staff that the booking is not confirmed. Had proper communication with the owner a day before and no payment was asked. Now they say that its cancelled as no payment was made. Was shown a home stay kind of room and the owner started pushing to take it saying that its the room i had requested for. Shameful part on the owner, the staff as well. No courtesy for Indian tourists. Dont go by pricing and good reviews on google and other sites, its all manipulation. Bad reviews are the ones which are honest feedback by frustrated customers.

1.Below average stay,rooms are very small. 2. Washroom is not well maintained. There is no geyser, water it's only provided once in morning by bucket. 3. Food is average. 4. Owner and Staff behaviour is very rude. 5. The check out time here is 9.30 AM

The owner was rude... His attitude is at another level.. I better suggest checking such hotels where the owner or hotel people treat you friendly. We didn't stay at that hotel but did check the rooms. New rooms are good so if you ever want to stay just take the new rooms... If you like to booze you can't buy booze from outside. You need to buy it from the hotel only... If you buy booze from outside then you are not allowed to stay in Waterfall GuestHouse. This is not the case in other hotels...

Not recommended, the rooms are different from their photos, kitchen is bad, road leading to the property is not proper. Definitely doesn't justify the tariff also,they don't pick up calls, so you are almost on your own to find the property and you won't b able to ask any details before reaching the property. Very disappointed with the stay.

Had stayed there for 3 days. Rooms are good but food was very bad so preferred eating at laughing buddha(nearby cafe). The place is far away from hampi and you will have spend 200/250 everytime you want to go to ferry point(3km away). The owner is rude and not welcoming. Guys dont go by good reviews make informed decision by exploring other nearby stays ..

Not worth a single star. Not because of the place but because of the hospitality. I booked a cottage prior to my stay with full payment in advance. I had received the confirmation as well. But when I actually went there, the rude guy (owner) told me I cannot stay as there's no room available!!!? The owner is totally mannerless and unprofessional. The place is too far from hampi too. I'll suggest to go for (double tree cafe) tutti hampi cottage house rather than this useless place. Its total disappointment!

Worst experience ever. I will not recommend the place to anyone visiting Hampi and the owner is very rude and unprofessional. If you are booking online then this place is an absolute No No! We had to cancel our stay due to some medical emergencies and informed the owner well in advance (20-25 days). Forget about the advance payment the owner was very rude and very unprofessional when we tried to cancel. So if you are paying in advance please think twice to consider this resort.
