“I paid 1000 advance and told him that I will come on so and so date. Also, I have asked him that," is that ok if I call him early in the morning around 5 AM ( Usually I will be reaching Bangalore at that point time ), and he said that was absolutely fine. And, finally after reaching the PG at early in the morning, I called him many times, but he didn't answer my call. I was shocked, and I moved from there with my luggage at that time. And, when i called him in the evening about my advance amount, as he didn't answer my call in the morning, he said below bull shit reasons to avoid paying back my Rs 1000. 1) He said, i need to knock the door. It was fully dark inside and also infront of the PG and don't know clearly what is what. Also, how would I know in which room he stays, to knock the door. 2) He said, i need to take the keys and get inside the room If he really mean that, he would have texted me the same, a day before when I informed about my journey started. I did mistake, without seeing the reviews about the PG. Just imagine, if I am spending this amount of time for giving the feedback means, what kind of guy is he?”

“Please Think Before Joining This PG I stayed in this PG for more than 2 years and adjusted to many issues. I’m writing this review based on my real experience. 1️⃣ Food Quality – Very Disappointing The owner arranges separate food for themselves. That’s understandable. But at least the food provided to residents should be 50% good out of 100 so we can manage. I know PG food won’t be like homemade food — that’s completely fine. But it should at least be clean and hygienic. Unfortunately: • The food is not neat. • The serving utensils (ladles/spoons) are not clean. • Quality of ingredients seems poor. • I even saw spoiled onions stored in the basement being used for cooking. I informed the owner many times, but there was no proper response. Even after changing multiple cooks, the quality remained the same. 2️⃣ Rooms & Maintenance – Poor Condition • Many cockroaches in rooms. • No proper maintenance. • Bathrooms are very congested. • Rooms are small for the amount being charged. • Complaints are usually ignored. 3️⃣ Facilities – Not Satisfactory • No lift facility. • Washing machines do not work properly. • Mess area is not hygienic. I already informed owner but he said i will solve. It's already 6 months but no solution no response.. and that bathroom cockroach 🪳 also Coming into my room and daily i kill almost 10 to 15 cockroach 🪳 in one day.food also not that much to my expectations.

Suneel Kumar★★★★★First of all, don't go and see this PG based on these ratings. Even single star is also a waste for this PG. The owner will ask for 3k advance. 1500 is maintenance and 1500 is refundable . In every pg near Manyata almost 1500 and 2k is advance , I agree that. But with that advance in this PG there is no proper maintenance. No locker keys, no CC cams, no lift, hot water rarely will get, small rooms. Power backup is just for name sake. But in a few rooms, the power backup is not working. If we ask the owner regarding these things. He will irritate but he wants advance money. If maintenance is good then we are ready to give 3k or 4k also. Here maintenance is also not up to the mark. But he is asking for 3k in advance. I have stayed in Bangalore PGs for the last 4 years . I have never seen this type of worst PG. I request you all don't join this PG. If you are okay with that maintenance. Then you can go for it. But my suggestion is don't go and don't join. Worst pg...
