This pg is not good, they are not giving advance back even informing before 1 month. No ventilation, fully cockroach 🪳, mosquito 🦟 Dealing with the washing machine nightmare. Food is worst. The manager is showing an attitude asking about a problem related to food and washing machines. Only one washing machine for the entire pg, workers are also using the same. Forget the hygiene. Completely money minded and rude behaviour. Difficult to believe this pg has got good reviews.

I am shocked how pg has good reviews, This is worst at everything. Worst wifi, 70-80% no Internet issue, one washing machine for 50 rooms with 130,150+ people, forget you will get a chance on Saturday or sunday to wash clothes, no mosquito net in windows, forced to close window makes room gas chambers, cockroaches in rooms somthing.

No Power back up Rent wise higest if you look at single accommodations. I paid rent for full month and by some issues I had to leave the city after 2 years. PG manager and owner took full month rent and not returned Anything apart from deposit.when I left they assured they will pay After That they denied. Seems people whom owner likes there rent and refund all done easily. Overall 2 out of 5 . Management 2⭐ Location 4⭐ Amenities 0⭐ Cleanliness 4⭐ Food 0⭐

Do not suggest to anyone. Reson behind this is, when we visited firstly they pressurized us to book the room or else he will give it to someone else. Unfortunately i booked a bed by giving a token amount but very next day in the morning i decided to not take the room hence asked for the refund of the token amount. But since that day neither they are responding well nor they are giving my token money back. I feel like scammed by them by paying the booking amount. They even did not gave any recipt for that.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a PG; please avoid booking a room here. I booked a 4-sharing room and paid ₹4,000 in advance, but unfortunately, I had to leave after one day because of work. The owner refused to refund any amount, so I lost 4k in a single day. They should have at least paid back 2,000. Additionally, the lift is not working at all and there is no electricity in the building. Please avoid this PG!

I would like to provide my honest review of this PG where I stayed between January and April 2024. Overall, it’s a good PG to live in as they provide good food, a cleaning facility, and spacious rooms. However, during my stay, I felt that drinking water purifiers or cans should be installed and monitored so that people don’t have to struggle to get water in the middle of the night. Food is not unlimited, especially when it comes to chapatis. The amount you take is monitored, and if you ask for more, the kitchen staff can be quite rude. I was quite upset since I am a tea lover and they make tea at their convenience, not exactly at 5 pm, and the tea is limited. So, if you come first and fast, you get the tea. No utensils are provided; you should bring your own. Cockroaches are the biggest problem in this PG as they crawl everywhere, including into your cupboard. If you leave food in your room, you attract more cockroaches. The sad part is that there is a namesake refrigerator, just one for all six floors, which doesn’t work at all. They don’t provide any stove for personal cooking. Don’t expect parking space for two-wheelers; you mostly have to park outside at the risk of bein
