HLLO THIS MANI HERE I STAYED IN THIS PG AROUND 11 MOTHS IAM PROUDLY WRITING AN REVIEW ABOUT THIS *FLOKQ COLIVING PG* Service and behaviour is very good.You feel a homely atmosphere.Here you will find a feeling of home not a pg Food is delicious, especially the breakfast.Lunch Nd dinner is taste,health Nd hygeine. Rooms are neat and clean. Maintenance is too good. I will recommend this PG for best stay.

I have personally lived in around like 3 places in the PG lane but I find this PG to be one of the best. The management is pretty chill and the maintenance staff is also pretty good and food compared to other PG is pretty good and tasty. But one thing I want to tell is that there is no direct sunlight. So it may take slightly longer to dry your clothes hair because the roof is covered and one thing also that can be improved as the number of washing machine is very less. So you have to do like a lot of to and fro to get empty washing machine.

Stayed here for around a year and this place has been a home and not a PG. There has not been a single day I had any hassle at all. The manager Pardeep is very helpful, soft spoken and carries a mutual feeling of trust unlike other PG managers who come straight up to your room on the 1st day of the month. At the time I left this PG, that time also the manager refunded all of the promised security without any so-called room checks. From start to end, it had been a great run. Any issue is resolved within minutes, plus no nuisance of poking nose or imposing useless restrictions from anyone including caretaker/maintenance staff. This is far better from those dull lighted dirty PGs anyday. Rooms are having decent size, cleanliness and room lighting is top notch. All the rooms have a functional Android TV and an ample number of sockets are there at bed headrest. Additionally, there is a working space, mini theatre and several indoor games. However there are some cons: 1. Washing machine water pressure is very slow. 2. Food is average and no variation at all. 3. Cupboard/Almirah is very small. I could've deducted 1 star for these items but these issues are in every PGs and here it

I have been in this PG for the past 1 year. Little costly rent compared to other PG's in the same street. However, this is the only PG with bike parking and good food. Some of my friends used to come to this PG to have the food here. The owner is very friendly and whenever we raise a concern he helps us without any attitude. Only a few points to note is that, all PGs buy the tank water which is very hard water (TDS >500) due to which I faced severe hair fall. Now I use the RO water for hair bath, which reduces the hair fall now

The Pg is a heaven for the people who can't just sit inside rooms for a long time as in who gets bored easily, the food quality is amazing and the menu is just awesome trust me. It has mini Theatre, ezone, work zone, rooms are spacious with study table and other things are also top notch. Also the gate biometric system is good.
