We felt extremely uncomfortable and 'disguised' by his constant presence in a ladies' PG. Since when is a Rapido driver at the gate a 'safety threat' but your son inside the house isn't? ​The 'Damage' Excuse: This is a classic tactic to steal an advance. There was no damage. The real damage is the broken flush that was ignored for a month and the geyser that didn't work for two weeks in the peak of January. Telling residents 'not to bath' isn't management; it's harassment. ​Hygiene: I have personally seen the dog in the kitchen. Such a unhygienic place and not even a proper fan in the room and rude behaviour of the owner and asked to leave if asked about it and scammed us for more money than needed in the name of pre booking. We had to look for an other place on arriving here . The only better thing is she returned our money back on confrontation.

Do not expect your deposit which they promised to give us back to be given on time with respect. After requesting for multiple times I had to fight for it but I didn't get my amount back. The pg is not worth for the money you pay! You will have to adjust when it comes to food and space.

Room is not spacious as it looks in the photos. Book rooms only after verifying in-person because advance will not be returned. 8K will be gobbled up just like that. I was shown a room just 1 arm distant from another room being constructed at that point which was very disappointing

My experience staying in this PG was very disappointing and stressful. One of the most serious issues was the food hygiene. During my stay, I found worms and even a cockroach in the food that was served. This was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. When I raised these concerns with the aunty/management, I expected immediate action and concern for the residents’ health. Instead, my complaints were not taken seriously, which led to arguments and frustration. The rent and other charges were also not communicated clearly. There was confusion regarding payments, and getting proper explanations was difficult. I felt that transparency was lacking, making it hard to trust the management. The cleanliness and maintenance of the PG were also below expectations. Complaints were often ignored or not resolved properly. As a resident, I felt that concerns regarding hygiene, facilities, and overall living conditions were not given the attention they deserved. Another thing that bothered me was how residents were encouraged or asked to post reviews immediately, often on the spot. Because of this, I would advise future residents not to depend only on online reviews. It is better to visit perso

​I am writing this to warn others...do not stay here. This is the worst PG experience I’ve ever had. The food is terrible, and there is zero hygiene they even bring their dog into the kitchen where food is prepared. Pg owner is incredibly rude and ignores all repair requests. It has been a month and the toilet flush still hasn't been fixed. Back in January, the geyser was broken for two weeks, and when we complained, the owner rudely told us to "bath in less water" or not at all. ​Privacy is a major concern as it is a ladies' PG, yet the owner’s son is constantly hanging around the common areas where residents are dressed comfortably, which is very disturbing. Furthermore, Rapido drivers aren't allowed to the gate, but he has free rein. ​Today, I vacated and they refused to refund my ₹2,500 advance. They claimed I stayed for 6 days and charged me ₹500/day, forcing me and my friend to pay extra. The owner is aggressive about money.. when I moved in, she forced me to pay cash by hand while my auto was waiting just because a GPay transaction was delayed. Note that most 5-star reviews here are fake or forced—we were pressured to give them while living there. I have now deleted mine to

I stayed in this PG for 3 months. Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The food quality is poor and sometimes it was spoiled. After eating it, I had stomach pain. The food quantity is limited and hygiene is not maintained properly.

PG is good , they get whole pg cleaned weekly once . We get good food in time. Owner is friendly and responsible.She only prepares food for both veg & non-vegetarians. Water is available 24/7, for hot water geysers are installed. Washing Machine is provided for clothes washing according to the timetable. Wifi, Water purifiers, cattle, oven, induction facilities are there. Overall the pg is good 😊
