Ashraya PG was one of the worst PG experiences I have had. The food quality was poor, and the rent was increased suddenly from ₹4500 to ₹7,000. The management was mainly focused on collecting money and repeatedly called regarding rent payments. Even after paying the rent, my login/scanner ID was removed without informing . I raised complaints about payment-related issues and staff behavior, but no action was taken. Even if the items are robbed we complained & no actions are been taken.The staff member Deeksha was rude and unprofessional in her communication. The biggest issue was that my advance deposit was not refunded after vacating the PG. Overall, the management lacks professionalism and transparency. I would not recommend this PG.

If you’re a parent or sibling looking out for your daughter/sister, I highly recommend this place. My sister has been here for 3 years and I’ve seen her happy, safe, and settled — and that’s all I could ask for they What I Liked is • Security: The PG has proper CCTV surveillance, biometric entry, and a lady warden available 24x7. This gave me a lot of peace of mind. • Cleanliness: Rooms and bathrooms are maintained daily. The place smells fresh, and everything looks organized. • Food: The meals are homely and hygienic. My sister actually looks forward to dinner — which says a lot! • Management: The owner/manager is approachable and professional. They address concerns quickly, which is rare these days. • Environment: The girls staying here are well-behaved, and there’s a friendly vibe around the PG
