Very Poor Experience, Not Worth the Price We had a very disappointing stay at this homestay. The place seriously lacks basic hygiene and essential facilities. The bed and linens were unclean and unhygienic, and we even encountered what seemed like bed bugs. The room had spider webs, dust, and visible dirt, showing poor maintenance and cleaning The washroom (WC) was not functional No drinking water was provided On top of all this, we were charged ~ ₹1700 for a night on a weekend(1st May) while the same property is listed for ~₹1000 now. (Since it was a long weekend and we planned a little late we couldn’t find room at other hotels/home-stays so we had to stay here) Overall, this place is poorly maintained, inconvenient, and overpriced. I would not recommend staying here.

Worst experience we had with this guest house. Coordination is very very poor. We have booked this house through online for 3 rooms, got the confirmation also from the portal. After communicating multiple times with guest house contact person through messages and call,he and others(his co workers) was telling us to come directly to the property. After reaching the property, in the end they were telling no rooms were available.we got frustrated. Due to lack of nonsense coordination from these guys led to our program was spoiled. Highly Not recommended.

We stayed this home stay yesterday and not happy with their service and room. It's too congested and bathrooms were not so cleaned. Leakage in flush. We got the ground floor 2 bhk apartment and there wasn't any space to keep our luggage itself. Bed provided wasn't good. No washbasin available we need to use their kitchen sink as wash basin. Overall not recommended this stay.

I have doubt that most of these reviews are written by friends or relatives of the owner because I didn't found anything that have been appreciated in the reviews. We booked here for 3 nights but left in only one night after experiencing the situation here. Earlier the location given by google map was wrong, so I have corrected the location which is showing correctly now. It is a residential colony.The roads are very narrow and there are open drains on both sides of the roads. Also cars are parked on both sides of the road. So you have to do lot of struggle to go here and went out. After going here, you would open the gate yourself and park the car.Then Close the gate yourself after parking the car. You had to open and close the gate by yourself whenever you wanted to go out and come back. then you will be told that the room key is placed under the foot pad, Then open the room yourself by taking the key below the foot pad. The room is not cleaned. Towels are very dirty.You will smell musty from the room.Soap and shampoo are not provided here to freshen up, so you find a shop and buy from there.You will not be given water to drink in the room.If anybody want to experience this kind

Extremely bad experience at Raghav Residency. We had a confirmed booking from May 1 to May 3 with check-in at 12 PM. Due to unavoidable traffic, we informed and reached by 5 PM. Shockingly, at 4 PM the staff called saying someone else had already checked in under our name and asked us to move to another property (Raghav’s Retreat). On arrival, no proper room was available. We were given a low-quality room that looked like a driver/staff room, completely different from what was booked and paid for. The staff refused to provide the actual room or any proper solution. This is clear mismanagement and overbooking. Very unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. Our trip was badly affected because of this. Highly NOT recommended. Please avoid this place.

We stayed here with 4 members plus a dog. We took 2 1bhk houses. First the good things: 1. Friendly owner. 2. Parking for an SUV. 3. They are out friendly. Now for the cons: 1. Bedroom: Very congested. Towels were dirty. The bed linen and towel didn't inspire confidence if they were washed. 2. Bathroom: no wash basin. You have to go to the kitchen to wash your hands. They didn't provide hand soap. You also expect at least a sachet of shampoo. 3. Kitchen. It's like a dungeon. Dark and kept as store house. You can give this property a Miss.

It was really great to stay here , it has rooms seperately with attached kitchen which helped us to cook our own food, rooms were clean , Western toilets , with geyser facility, We were 15 members and we got 3 BHK rooms each having 5 members , there one good thing is both prasanna & his father are very Friendly. At the end Worth money paid
