This property has a lot of potential given its prime location, but unfortunately, the current condition of the amenities and overall maintenance is extremely disappointing. The room hygiene was unacceptable - we found a mouse hole in the room, along with mouse droppings on the bed, which is completely unhygienic and alarming. The staff response to these issues was also very poor, as they were unhelpful and rude when we raised concerns. The swimming pool was another major letdown. It was visibly dirty, with mud settled at the bottom. When we requested that it be cleaned and the filtration system turned on, the staff refused, insisting it had already been cleaned earlier in the day, which clearly wasn’t the case. Additionally, there are no changing rooms near the pool, which adds to the inconvenience. Overall, with proper maintenance and better staff behavior, this place could be much better - but in its current state, it falls far below expectations.

The bathroom was extremely smelly and made it very difficult to stay in the room. There was no exhaust fan or proper ventilation. For the price charged, the room lacked basic amenities and overall it was not worth the cost. Very disappointing experience.

One word. DISASTER. Rooms ridiculously small. Toilets fairly clean but old. Taps in my room wouldn't work. Shower wouldn't work at all. No amenities provided in room except for 2 sachets of shampoo and a tiny bar of soap. Pool was dirty with full dust and leaves (even after cleaning). Property infested with monkeys. They kept coming to the pool to drink water while we were in it. Amusing, but safe? Lol, no! Dinner wasn't available, kitchen was closed even though we reached at 7.30pm. Property is huge but it was just us. Felt weird but had no option since i had already paid. I feel the positive reviews u find are fake.

The services in the hotel were extremely bad . We took a family non -AC room and stayed there for 1 day. The blankets provided were not clean, the windows were not functioning and there were insects roaming around the bed. I recommend not to book this resort as the services were extremely poor . One of worst experience in my entire life I've been...despite needed correcting themselves on our each complaints the receptionists were pretending to be blind and deaf giving lame excuses without any regret other hand they were all praising themselves about this kinda dirty way of handling profession👎becoz of such worst living inspite paying them for the whole day they tend us to move out to another resort within four hrs and none bothered or show some courtesy on our non time checkout blank we locked room handovered keys to an alone cleaner staff of the whole place

Deserves to be shut permanently. We booked the property with almost a week to go. The resort lied to us on the phone that food is available whereas on reaching we were told that restaurant is closed completely since atleast 8 days. Bathroom had big jungle spiders and was too old and not well maintained. Towels were old, rough and smelly. Swimming Pool was below average in cleanliness. Showers in the pool side didnt work. Gave only 200ml bottle per day per adult and rest was chargeable. There was hardly any staff around. Overall it seemed that they were unprepared to host anyone. We were left with no other option but to continue staying as it was too late to change hotels on the arrival day. Completely destroyed our trip.

Stayed one week ago. Not so clean rooms, AC not working. No water for more than 3 hrs in one bathroom. No action even after multiple complaints. Not allowed for room swap. Ordinary food. Had to call reception three times on night to follow up for switching on the DG. It was terrible experience. Wish I had skipped the stay.

Let me start by saying that i'm absolutely dumb-struck by the good reviews that this hotel has received. I constantly kept checking if this is the same hotel that i actually stayed at.||||We travelled as a family and had 2 kids with us. The first two hours were spent shifting rooms and the staff walking around in our rooms with spanners and other tools. The flush didn't work, the TV didn't work, the bathroom lights didn't work, the rooms had heavy smell of cigarettes, bathroom was dirty and rusty sanitaries worst than a public toilet. Had brought my in laws with me and was totally embarrassed in front of them.||||I do not understand the purpose of advance booking when the hotel does not do any preparation of the room. They do not check if the basic amenities are working. We had to change 2 rooms before we could find one with a working flush, and that room had the cigarette smell.||||I had asked the receptionist if they had any better rooms and that i was willing to pay extra for an upgrade and he assured me that these are the best rooms in the hotel. We arrived on a weekday when I'm pretty sure we were the only guests in the hotel. The photos show a very large hotel but most of the

Rooms are not well maintained and clumsy. Had booked a pool view room thinking it will have a nice balcony but it turned out to be just an enclosed utility balcony (see pics). The room was way smaller and congested. No option to close room-window, esp when it's next to the main road, neither the rooms are noise-proof, couldn't sleep while night. Bathroom has no exhaust, no doormat either. Its door didn't close. Room service is not proactive, have to call and remind them everytime. And yes! Doors do not have any latch/lock from inside, very unsafe. Not recommended for families and couples.

We had been here twice. First time it was ok kind of experience. Second time it was really a bad experience. The manager with name Joe showed real pathetic attitude. Just to say they close their kitchen at 10PM he started taking names of local police officers and all. It's not that we behaved badly there, may be we were the most decent men group visited there. About food, some were good and some were not. They did not even had vegetable salad to serve. Other than swimming pool you don't have much entertainment here. You have to pay 300 RS for bicycle rental. So, as per my previous experiences, this would be my last visit to this place, mainly because of bad behavior from the manager. I would suggest to others that there are more decent home stays around for you to choose.

Waste of money... It's just a hotel not resort !!! AC rooms looks and comfort is good. But they charged 2400/head for a team of 20+ persons. We went for a team outing in this place but it was just looks like a hotel, not a resort!! Totally disappointed. A small pool.. pathetic food for that cost... No activities...worst service... Climate is warm not Nandi climate, and they provided a fire camp in the hot climate :( ... Whatever the photos seen in the reviews were just dream only. And the reinnovation work was going on which made the entire hotel mess. In every 1 hour or 30 mins duration minimum 5 minutes there won't be electricity as well. 🙁☹️🤯😬

So terrible, I booked the room for my parents and they gave us a room in the 2nd floor, despite repeated requests they were not ready to change to a ground floor room, if 2nd floor has no elevator access, it needs to be mentioned on the website. My parents are old and had a lot of trouble going up n down. The room booking said breakfast included but they said since they gave us a big room ( it wasn't a big room) we ended up paying for bfast which was terrible to begin with. Very small space with no outdoor area at all. Very bad experience. Will never book it again. Advise everyone to be careful when booking the place. The guy was rude and treated them badly.
