“1. You can see that they charge rent, including the maid service. However, once we move into the room, the owner starts making excuses, such as 'the maid is not available,' 'there's no maid who knows Kannada,' 'we cannot arrange a maid since there are fewer people in the PG,' and 'if you can manage without a maid, you can stay, otherwise, you can vacate.' My question is, if we are expected to manage without a maid, then why are they charging us for it? The new rent for a single room without food and maid is 8500/- 2. Now, let's talk about the deposit. They take an equal amount as rent for the advance deposit, and they deduct money even for the day we vacate. My rent period runs from the 23rd of the current month to the 22nd of the next month. I informed her one month in advance that I would be vacating on August 26, 2023. I left the PG today (26-08-2023) before 9 am, and she called me to say she would deduct 250 Rs from my deposit for today (even five-star hotels typically charge only if you check out after 11 am). I argued that 23rd, 24th, and 25th should be fine, why the 26th? When I questioned this, she referred to an agreement. However, when I initially joined the PG, they did”

I have stayed here for more than 2 years, they will simply deduct an extra amount while vacating and they will give silly reasons and deduct amounts. Talking about the rooms, the rooms of this pg are very small and for these small rooms now they are charging 8.5k which is not even worth paying with this amount anyone can get a flat.

Dona Mondal★★★★★When I came to Bangalore this was my first place to stay, it was a nice experience I could cook what ever I wanted to eat it was just 6 mins walk from Tech Mahindra gate 3. The room were always clean comfortably. Wi-Fi was also good. It was quite and peaceful. I personally recommend this to everyone who is searching pg and want to cook by her own who dnt like pg food come stay here

Divya M★★★★★Nice place to stay, self cooking facilities available, feel like home 😊, The owner Vimala Akka is courteous. Cleaning happens daily, mopping the floors on alternate days, fridge, Mixer grinder, RO water, washing machine and geyser also available. I moved here to Bangalore about a couple of weeks ago and I am fine staying here. I recommend it for the girls and ladies who are looking for self cooking PGs near EC phase 2.
